In May I made the mistake of buying a garment based on an Instagram Influencer review without doing my homework (vetting this company online, well, at least looking at their website, where it does state that there will be no refunds). The garment I purchased did not suit me and when I requested to return it, I was told that it is store credit only for this small boutique. I get it - they're small (really small, very few items in this store) & they need to make money. As they did charge me a hefty re-stock fee, & I paid the postage both ways, I asked nicely (multiple times) if they might make an exception, as I cannot find anything else in their store, tho I have looked regularily. They do not even give the courtesy of a reply. So they have (the balance of) my money, $36, & my undying dislike of the business. Just a polite conversation about this would have mollified me.
