Nice products BUT NO SERVICE!

i love the products. I'm giving a bad review because I haven't received an answer for 1.5 weeks as to why I haven't received my products yet? I ordered on 13/8 and haven't heard or received anything yet? it worries me a lot. customer service is terrible! no help and few at all!! I have no idea if I will get my products or not? I have paid DKK 517!! So bad you can't even call them. They neither answer their chat, instagram, e-mail or whatsapp.. Really too bad!!
