I fellt they were involved an delivert as agreed. We will buy from them again.

This company is a total disaster. We bought wood for the first time with them because their website had a specific possible date of delivery listed. After taking our money, not only did they refuse to honor the date on their website, but also it took an additional two weeks to get the wood, which by then went over the new date they had given. The communication was lacking the whole way throughout and they never reached out to us to give us information on delays, etc. We had to ask repeatedly for information - and were given seemingly automated responses with no real info whatsoever. The wood finally arrived and these bags are small. I am pretty sure these are actually 30L bags being sold as 40L, because the amount of wood in one bag doesn't come close to filling up my fireplace storage - and true 40L bags do. And they are much lighter than 40L bags. I am also not convinced this is birch wood. It burns so quickly, like pine would (several logs are dust in 30 minutes), so I am using much more wood than planned. In short, I would NEVER recommend this company - and I would highly advise people to buy anywhere else.

Very disappointing service and feels like a scam. Ordered wood with expected delivery dates between 14-24 Dec. We followed up with the company on the 23rd as we had not heard anything yet about the expected delivery. Told it would arrive 24th Dec. On 24th Dec receive a message that the wood has been delivered but it has NOT. Have to wait until the holidays are over to find out what happened to our order and hopefully not been scammed by this company. Since the holidays the communication from the company has been very poor. We have requested a full refund and do not recommend this company at all.

The delivery went pretty well (slightly later than the timeframe, but OK). The wood seems good, and is what I expected. They gave us a good price - and the whole process is much easier than henting the wood myself. I would certainly go back to them next time.
