Received a product called Mofajang despite the website saying it is the only official supplier of "KolourItUp" pomade. Additionally mofajang uses beeswax, and is not a pomade.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered my product back in December and still have not received it. The tracking number I have does not give me a date when it will be delivered. It has not moved from the same spot for well over a week. The company refuses to give me a refund and is condescending by calling me "dear". Will never ever order from them again. IF I ever get this product it will go right in the trash. If its anything like the customer service it has got to be awful.
