Looking at the other reviews it looks like I may be waiting quite a while for my order. I placed 7 days ago and nothing from the company. I emailed and called and left messages and they just will not respond. Most companies won't take the money out of your account until the order is shipped but Keifer took it out the day I placed my order. I will not order anything from them again. Worst customer service I ever experienced.
I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received the product even though they withdrew the funds from my account. I have left several voicemails and emails over the last few weeks asking for a shipping update and haven't heard a word back (even though their voicemail and auto reply email says you will here back in 24 hours.) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They have drawn my money but now 3 months later, i still have not received anything despite several unreplied mails to them.

Kiefer hadn’t sent out my order after a week. I sent an email. No answer in 24 hours. I tried the website’s chat function and left a message to cancel my order since they couldn’t send it out timely. No answer within their suggested timeframe. Then I get an email saying it’s ready to go. I reiterate, they pull the package. TWO months later, they UNDER-REIMBURSE me—couldn’t even reimburse me the correct amount. Haven’t contacted them yet about this, bc I expect this to take some time also. Their excuse for overall unresponsiveness was moving to a new warehouse...
