Wrong lipstick colour delivered

Bit slow on delivery , but happy with the products once they arrived

Item took a lot longer than it should to arrive and I had no replies to my emails when chasing delivery. The products seem good and the colours are perfect.

I really like the colours and order often. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong colours this time. No big issue, I emailed asking if I could get the right ones.

I got an automated response acknowledging that my request had been received however I haven’t heard anything from them in over two weeks.

Great products but if there’s a mistake, terrible customer service.

Great lipstick, fast delivery and stays on!!

I made an order on 19/02/2025, the package arrived after 3 weeks. I am happy that I finally received my order (after reading the reviews on Trustpilot). Package arrived without a damage, everything is okay. Products are simply perfect.

I ordered lipsticks to the value of £35 from this company on 21st December 2024 and still have not received them even though the delivery says 2-3 days. I emailed the company but the email address came back as fake. Please do not use this company. I have seen other reviews on here and now realise that I shouldnt have either!

Been two weeks since I last ordered shipping said 2-3 days and did not arrive.
I tried to email it just bounced back. Heard nothing back from them. Just a scam tbh.

I have used these for years and never had an issue with products or delivery... UNTIL NOW! They are ignoring all forms of contact via socials and their emails address is fake. I assume thay have gone bust but are still taking people's money anyway. I am really annoyed as I finally found a lippy that works for me! So we haven't been refunded and haven't got the order, will have to claim through thw bank

Ordered as many others have and received NOTHING. The email address is nil and void. Avoid this scamming bunch of cowboys. Taking hard earned people's cash and NOT SENDING GOODS

Please avoid. They do not deliver or reply to any messages! Read trustpilot. Such a shame because the product is decent. Ordered almost two months ago and still waiting.

Haven't received item

Scam!! They take your money with no goods in return!!

It’s over 3 weeks since my order and i have received nothing. Attempted to contact their “customer services” through their email address provided, the emails bounce back. Emailed their social media page, no response. I then saw several comments from other customers all of whom had not received their orders and despite requesting refunds…had not been issued one. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I have tried to contact this company over four times now regarding my order, and this time my email has even bounced back! This is beyond frustrating. They’ve taken my money, haven’t sent the products, and I’ve received no refund. It’s clear they’re just out to scam people. Absolutely disgraceful service—cheating scoundrels! Fuming doesn’t even begin to cover it. Avoid at all costs!

What makes it even worse is that it’s Christmas, and I was really hoping to have a nice gift for loved ones. Now that’s completely ruined thanks to this company. Such a shame, as this time of year is supposed to be about joy, not this kind of stress and disappointment.
