Honestlyyyyyy I've never been too much of a tech person but once my website builder promo ran out, I had to pay like $25 for a month. So I thought no - I won't. I heard about hosting and what it does but I didn't want to pay much too, so this how I ended up here. Now they always say that free cheese always means a mousetrap! 😂 What do you know - Hosting24 had full chat support with super nice people and I felt like it was a full premium service. To be fair, it is, I just also saved $300 a year!

I am using Hosting24's services since a couple of years now and it is working absolutely well. I had no complaints till now and the speed is just awesome. Also I must say that their hosting charges are very reasonable too for any kind of business or personal websites. Wordpress works flawless with Hosting24's shared hosting service. Believe me I have used almost all major Hosting services till now and I have found Hostinger24 as "THE BEST".

I was surprised, really surprised when I saw the unlimited plans of hosting24. For a moment, I thought that someone might be kidding me, but it was "unbelievably real". I was unable to believe the plans that hostinger provides at so much cheaper rates. But then, I was a bit concerned about the speed, I wasn't sure if the speed would be up to the mark or not. SO I tried hostinger to check if everything is "significantly as described" or not. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I found that it's really real! Thank You so much hostinger for such amazing services that you render. I love you!!!

If you are looking for a decent host provider for a decent price - Hosting24 is the choice!

The price is great and so is the uptime. It has cPanel so there are lots of features, and using the service is easy. The support is great and very helpful, too. I would recommend Hosting24 to anyone looking to start their first website.

Well, they maybe improved it now.
When hostinger offered free hosting and they forced me to purchase premium because I was using to much resources. Well their premium plans feels very cheap and is comparable to free hosting and t hats the problem. They have constant down times for both mysql and websites. The support is ok, they are very nice and very helpful. I asked for backup for my files without paying for it and they sent me all. You should not avoid them but if you are willing to start serious thing you should look at other hosting companies.

had been with them for 2-3 years but ended up with a very bad tone as they didnt pay my referral fee while adding one of my clients. And when contacted, the customer service was bit rude and didnt bother if I leave. Left few years back and now I have purchased 5 other servers as my clientele have become over 200. Had they just paid me £20-£30 commission, they would have got all of my business as currently paying over £600 per year behind server.

Raised price by 200% after the first payment was made

I've been a client of this hosting company for several years, only because I had the sad idea of paying several years at once, due to a discount.
Can't count how many times my website went down with no reason. I send them emails, hours later they say they'll check, reply with reasons I can't understand and each email takes a day to answered. Sometimes you get a helpful person, often times they just don't care as I am locked to a plan that is paid for.
Once they suggested that I should go for a more expensive plan to solve some of my problems, but obviously it didn't change a thing.

After multiple issues, delayed account setup, misinformation and website downtime for over 24 hours, I am sick and tired of this company.
´Their sorry excuse for a support desk has an average response time of 2-3 hours, and they seem very inadequately educated.
Their so-called "live" support is almost just as slow as thir ticket system.
This level of service is completely unacceptable.
I am never doing business with them again, and I can not recommend them in any way.

After using hosting24 for several months I've disappointed and moved all my sites to another hosting and forgot to cancel annual subscription.

When I got a notification from Paypal about payment I immediately requested account cancellation and refund. Refund was rejected because it's possible for new subscribers only!!!

I will never buy at hosting24 ever again!
Customer service have a bad atitude!
when i requested a cancel of my domain they charged me for a whole ekstra month, i requested a refund of that because their support made a mistake and charge med ekstra (Wich can happend for everyone), but afterwards i was promised a refund of those money, never seen a sight of them. requested them one more time and they refuse to give me back the money because i return after their 30 days money back! (1st. request was about 14 days after).

Refused to Transfer a Domain, Staff were very rude.
