Good products, delivery in less than a week. I have a small home gym and all the products are from gorilla sports. They are great for this use, I’ve been using some of them for years and they are holding up very well.
They do not support spareparts, bought a mutlifunction machine 100822 second hand (missing j-hooks). Reached out to gorillasports and they do not sell j-hooks nor any similair attachment like dip-attachment. Zero commitment to longevity of their products. Better invest in equippment with more supported standards and form and sparepart availability.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience.
Unfortunately, we do not offer spare parts such as J-hooks separately. In addition, as the product was purchased second-hand and not directly through our shop, we are regrettably unable to offer a replacement or alternative solution in this case.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Gorilla Sports Team
Smooth transaction from start to finish.
Poor customer service. They think they can work around European laws. I would highly recommend buying somewhere else.
Awful customer service. Low quality products and expensive for that stuff.
Good products and prices. Products were shipped fast. I have to point out the customer service though. It takes them on average two weeks to reply. Really appalling in today's world.
I've purchased "Kurzhantelset Kunststoff Gripper 30 kg". The first order had damages on disks, so I asked for a replacement, the second order was without damages and I took it.
Communication with support and the return process were painless.
I bought online a barbell set to Austria. One of the parcels was lost during the shipping, and they send me a new one. Very good customer support. Very recommendable for Austria buyers.
horrible customers service my goods were not deliverd and they will not refund my money. Customer service is a pain in the ass to work with.
I bought a Chin up bar, I installed it following the instructions and it felt on my head. Very poor quality. Would not recommend it at all.
