Do not buy from Gaia, unless it’s a purchase made directly in one of their stores\.
The delays with online orders are simply embarrassing\. Customer service is absolutely unhelpful and, most importantly, never tells you what is actually going on\. They don’t give direct answers to direct questions\.
When an order is seriously delayed, instead of providing clear and honest information, they offer to let you change the product, basically suggesting that the product you originally ordered will probably never arrive\.
The worst part is that they repeatedly give you a delivery date, apparently just to reassure you and buy themselves more time, only for the product not to arrive anyway\.
Terrible order management and terrible customer service\. Avoid if you actually need to receive what you ordered within the promised timeframe\.
