If I could give this company negative…

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are utterly useless. All I requested was to add an additional "Jr." to a name. They tell me it will be 24-48 hours. A week later still not done. Told to wait more days. When you call, IF you dont wait several minutes on hold you will then get a person who can barely speak English, as well as barely understand English. I had to repeat myself multiple times. My request was never filled. And they told me they may charge fees to add "Jr". This is the worse company I have ever dealt with on any level. Zero competence. Do NOT book with them. There are several other companies to choose from. JustFly is awesome!!

My recent experience with e Dreams was great I incorrectly booked wrong date I rang as soon as possible and all was sorted for me at no charge There was some money taken from my account but I am assured that will be refunded in the next four days. Terrible service

Terrible service. Booked areturn flight and was emailed to tell me they cannot book htis flight for me 24 hours later. They can however book me an alternitive flight with BA for the same days but at the same price. I called th accept this. 12 hours later i get an email to state that my booking has been cancelled and they hope i come back to them soon to use them again. I called up to ask what had happened and they told me that as the price of the flight has increased by £35 they are unable to offer me this. i offered to pay this difference and they told me i couldnt. So i have wasted 2 days on this and no flights have gone up in price everywhere else.. Ref 4726418016

Don't order tickets trough Edreams

Don't order tickets trough Edreams. The airline canceled the flight, edreams gave us an option to reschedule or get a refund. We called them several times, asking for the refund, but no one at their customer service could help us. Now they are sending us emails regarding proof of cancelation.. But we don't have any information about the flight.. They inform us about the cancelation and later on ask us for proof of cancelation..

Please, just spend the extra 20,- and book your tickets trough the official airline. Don't use them as a agent.

We are still waiting for our money (300 euros). And we had to spend even more because we had to buy tickets last minute. So the full refund doesn't even cover all the costs.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Booked flights to Australia. First flight got cancelled due to snow and offered no resolution from eDreams. Completely ignored all calls and emails. No response and no refund.

Bad service, misleading information, poor response and contact with client

Edream’s misleading information makes it very easy to book a 3 leg flight ticket without any checked luggage. From my experience buying tickets online this had never been the case, but for my surprise, with Edreams, once the booking is complete I get to discover there is no checked luggage.
This would not be a problem, and I would assume it as my mistake, if I could simply buy luggage/add to my ticket through Edreams, but this was not possible. In fact, Edreams tells me I have to book luggage with each individual flight company. This proved to be more expensive than the ticket itself, and on one of the legs the flight company even told me that I could not book the luggage, this would have to be done through Edreams.
After many hours on the phone trying to be nice and fix the problem I finally lost my patience and decided to cancel the flight.
Edreams has a refund promise that I am still waiting to be fulfilled. More than 2 months have passed now, multiple emails and multiple phone calls and still no sign of the refund.

Flight from Durban-South Africa
Advertised price R378.55 (add tax) no additional add on’s final price R982.55
Same flight different booking agency
Advertised price R558.11 everything included
E dreams are a ripoff hands down.
I phoned customer service- 2 different reasons for price in one conversation...
PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU HAVE 2 DIFFERENT VERSIONS WHEN ASKED WHY THE PRICE ARE SO HIGH.

Oh my god! What a bad site and What a regretful myself!

Oh my god! I should have read these many regrets before I used this terrible website Edreams.com.

I sent an email to customerservice-en at contact.edreams.com and a few days later I tried to contact however they never answer.

My reservation number is 4702670289 for someone for eDreams just in case.

I totally agree with many regretful reviews here.
