Couple years buying bits and bobs from them and have made good working machines for me and my friends. Also warranty sorting is not a problem - as guys there are competent in their pitch and will help you sort a problem quickly. So in general no probs and I am fully satisfied with their service.

So I suggested a website improvement for their revamped website (mobile phone site didnt have sort by price). And to my surprise they chose my suggestion and 2 other peoples to improve their site. Which resulted in us receiving some awesome gifts! A Func mousemat and a Func MS 3 R2 mouse which is great! Much appreciated! and it arrived swiftly and very well packaged! Have been in contact with them about a keyboard I may be purchasing, customer service is top notch!

I buy many items from Eclipse as I live locally but this time I was not able to get in to collect the items I required. I tried out the delivery service. I ordered and paid for next day delivery and that's exactly what happened.
I was kept up to date by the courier company that they use so I knew when to expect it. The parcel arrived well packed and in good condition. Very happy with the service. Eclipse don't always have the highest stock levels but they are knowledgeable and can usually suggest an alternative if they don't have the exact item you need. Speaking personally I have always got the exact parts that I have asked for.

Next day delivery, packaging was excellent and there were some free sweees shipped with my order! would highly recommend!

This is how it should be done. Live and accurate online stock counter so you know it in stock and ready to ship, the best price in the UK and a fantastic product. The place to buy from for sure!

Eclipse Computers Coventry has to be the best place I have found to source any computer components and other related hardware and software. Have been using them for several years and they are always Great on price and on customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great online prices and also unlike some online retailers you can visit in person with free parking.

I went in to the shop just to browse for a new keyboard, within minutes i had a member of staff explaining all manner of things i didn't understand at my request. They helped me find the right keyboard for me at a reasonable price. would recommend eclipse computers to anyone and i will be sure to return soon.

A lot of good advice and help given but stock needs improving even though they do stock a large range of components, i do find myself a lot of time contacting and asking about stock first or going to the shop and leaving empty-handed.
