I have used Eclipse for many years. I find them well informed, competitively priced and reliable. They have expanded over the years I assume as a result of their service.

Ordered a BitFenix Prodigy M PC case and it was delivered within 3 working days - with the free delivery option! I was then also delighted to find a pack of Haribos in the box as well :D

I was kept well informed throughout the delivery regarding where my order was and when it was estimated to be delivered.

The website is straightfoward and easy to use. The prices are good and the package came earlier than expected using DPD. We had to rearrange the delivery and this was simple.

I would use Eclipse Computers again

Delivery was a bit slow however amazing packaging and came with recipt and hari bo's.

First time I have ordered from Eclipse and couldn't really hope for a better service. Packaging was really good, they're free delivery service was excellent. Ordered Sunday night and arrived Tuesday.

The bundled bag of haribo was a bit of a bonus too!

Found Eclipse had the best price for gaming headset, service good and product arrived in perfect condition and as per email coms. Trusted company, my husband knew Eclipse reputation from old.

After extreme difficulty finding a particular model of monitor, I took a gamble and ordered from Eclipse; never come across them before, and I don't usually order from unknown sources, but a quick call later and they assured me that they could get me what I wanted.
I placed an order, half expecting I'd be disappointed, but was I ever wrong. Five days from the date of order, and here I am with exactly what I wanted (I suspect it would have been even quicker had I not ordered at a weekend!). As it was a special order item, I was advised it would be three days to get the item, another three to ship.
Well packaged, and reliable service, they kept in touch and let me know precisely when my order was shipped and when to expect delivery, even going to the trouble of sending it next day rather than standard three day delivery.
You, sirs, are on my (very short) list of trusted suppliers! I cannot thank you enough, and I will be ordering from you again.

I ordered an item which I hadn't realised was out of stock, enquired about and cancelled the order via email. Extremely hassle free and excellent response times. While I cancelled my order in this instance, I will happily return to this site in the future. I hope this review gives others peace of mind that cancellations go as smoothly as deliveries. It's hard to get good customer service these days but these guys excel at it, highly recommended.

Comprehensive range and straight-forward ordering process. The worst problem I faced was some minor confusion over stocking one particular component, but with such responsive customer care, it was swiftly sorted out. Excellent service, would recommend every time, and the machine runs like a dream. Top notch.
