I really wanted to love Droplet because the skincare formulas themselves are genuinely good. Unfortunately, my experience with the device has been disappointing. I’ve had multiple units stop working and ended up returning three of them due to malfunction or deterioration.
When the most recent one failed and I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to purchase a new device rather than receive a replacement. Given how frequently the devices have failed, I’m not comfortable investing in another one.
So while the skincare products are high quality, the reliability of the device and the lack of strong warranty support have been a dealbreaker for me. I hope the company improves the durability of the device and stands behind it more consistently, because the concept is great.

This device helped keep my skin very hydrated!

From the very first application, this product completely transformed the way my skin looks and feels. I don’t say this lightly—my skin has never looked this dewy, hydrated, and naturally glowy. The texture alone feels like a drink of water for my face. As soon as I applied it, my skin instantly felt plumper and more refreshed, like it had been wrapped in a veil of moisture that just wouldn’t quit.

I have used the Droplette system with the collagen boosting Hydro filler capsules for six months now and it has completely changed my skin! I’ve always been intimidated by skin care and this makes it so simple and easy to enter into my nighttime routine and I’ve never gotten more compliments on my skin in my life! It’s glowing and smooth and even makes my makeup go on better. I’m a lifetime fan.

Droplette leaves my skin glowing. This treatment breaks thru the skin barrier in a way my topicals can’t. Consistency is key to results, so I wonder if others who were disappointed have not found the right cadence!! A must have for any skin routine girlie

Honestly unsure how people had negative experiences with this product. With modern day marketing over emphasizing luxury, I feel like it kills the opportunity for new products such as droplette to shine through. It’s like receiving a a daily Medspa treatment / facial. The technology is legit, the company is awesome, and my skin could not be happier with the results.

Context: i have the diet, water intake, and overall lifestyle for great skin and still flare up from hormones or the occasional night out drinking. Combo sensitive skin. Have done professional facial care services.

The Droplette Collagen has changed my skin texture! Everytime I use the system it feels like i'm breathing new life into my skin especially after a long day of travel. I've seriously never had more compliments on my skin.

Total waste of money. The original misting machine worked fine but I’ve replaced it twice after it stopped misting and the newer machines are horrible. Total waste of money in my opinion. Just buy quality face creams. Turns out that fingers are pretty good applicators.

Thanks to Droplette, I now have an unauthorized charge posted to an old credit card that expired years ago. I used their products in 2021 until I realized that their hyped up device was doing nothing for me except emptying my bank account and I cancelled my subscription. It is now 2025, almost 4 years after I cancelled whatever subscription I had with Droplette, and suddenly I get an email that my old card has been charged for an order, and I see a new subscription on their website that I did not open or authorize, plus another subscription that I also had nothing to do with that will ship next month. No way to cancel this new order or reach Droplette when they sent the email for the new order/subscription around midnight on a Saturday. The charge has somehow gone to my current credit card, which they don't have but it's with the same bank as the old card. Not sure if this is fraud on their part or a faulty system that charges old customers without their consent, but this is bad either way and will get the attention of my bank's fraud team as soon as they open. There is no way to delete my old card from Droplette's website, which I'm pretty sure is a violation of the applicable data privacy law, so I will be reporting them to my state's attorney general as well.

This is not a paid review. I can’t live without this device and the collagen capsules. I bought the device when they first came out. With it being their first one, I wasn't surprised when it stopped working correctly, but the customer service was excellent, and they sent another one immediately. The collagen gives my skin the lift and plumpness it needs. Has dramatically helped my jowls. It does not leave the face greasy, as another review stated. Very lightweight. Definitely recommend the device!

The collagen does nothing except make the skin greasy. The retinol doesn't do more for the skin, wrinkles or texture then the RETIN-A cream 0.025%
manufactured by Bausch. Spraying with this unit is extremely inconvenient at night before bed. It is so much easier using a tube. The concept of Droplette going deeper in the skin is why I purchased it but I have serious doubt this this is true based upon my experience with this product. The company requires your credit card on file and you to schedule when you want the next refill. You are obligated to do this. I have had a problem with this system and had to reply each time to delay the shipment for a month or two months. They ignored a response not to send a shipment for two months and I ended up getting a shipment prepaid with my card that I told them not to send. They refused to credit me and claimed they sent me many messages. It is a terrible system and I told them not to use my credit card again. They have you on a hook. I don't recommend this company. Their Retin-A is not exceptional - claiming it penetrates the skin more then the Retin-A mentioned above is bogus.
