I purchased an order with dresswe.com on May 10th. I checked with them about the order on June 5th through their contract email. They claimed that my package had been delivered and that’s a lie! I checked the tracking number of the package with the link they sent and it still states that it is waiting for information from courier, which is the same information I received after I ordered the merchandise. It did not show the package had been delivered! I requested them to send the merchandise or a refund, they have not responded. Buyer beware! They might be legit, I don’t know! They are acting like scammers! I will consider them as scammers until they show me otherwise!

Stay away from dressws.com Items never arrived tried to contact them. But they use a different online website. So hard to send for refund. Plus no contact email for dressws.com.
Bad experience.

Never received my 2 dresses, no refund no email from them. Taken the matter to the ombudsman to get my cash back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Beware and think twice before ordering. Don't be a fool like I was, I ordered a lovely dress which I had seen on Facebook it took weeks to arrive and when it did the size was soo tiny for plus size build and didn't fit,have been emailing them for a week now and I get replies making excuses about my item being with customs,well it's not as I've got it here and I want to return for full refund. I should of noticed the alarm bells when I couldn't find any return details online. Beware

With this website, I had an awful ezperience with them a year or so ago. I ordered a dress and never got the product, and they never email you an invoice so if I didn't take a screenshot of that receipt after checkout, then disputing the transaction would have been harder. Any email I sent bounced back as undeliverable when it was just copied and pasted from their website, so I know it was not a typo issue. Also when I opened my paypal dispute, their automated system sent a response withing a few seconds (which is how I know a person didn't reply and that no one actually looked into the issue), but it said something along the lines of, "We are so sorry, we are working on your order, the item you requested is in high demand, please close your claim" however, no follow up after that and if they have an automate remark for all paypal dispute, then they know that if the consumer close a paypal claim, then per paypals policy the dispute can not be reopened. My issue, with that is I paid for expedited shipping and that claim was opened 3 or 4 months later, so it wasn't an issue of me just being impatient for it to ship. I wouldn't trust the site, I am just happy that site is no longer operational.

Don’t buy from them bought a jumpsuit it was beautiful on line when it came it was miss the front that was to look like a dress so you didn’t know it was a jumpsuit email them and told me to send a picture and I email back told no I want a refund and they email again tell me to send a picture so you can guess I’m out of money and it look ugly 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This website won't connect to the server. I tried going on the web, It refused to connect. I give it one star. This website is not really good.

I received the dress- it was OK. Not the quite what I expected per se. It was also the wrong size. Now their web site is down (or gone?) so I can’t even return it.

Do not order they do not deliver , goods gave just failed customs and now I am out of pocket for the goods and the import charge . I now have to contact my bank and another number to get my import charge back . They block your customer reviews on Facebook .

Don't buy from these cowboys!. Dresswe (also part of Tidebuy) are deceitful, lying, unscrupulous. I could go on and on. I ordered a dress for £150 on a Sunday morning. 7 hours after placing my order I cancelled it. Their website states if you cancel within 24 hrs you will get a Full refund. They refused. First they said they had costs for the material. Then they said they didn't receive my cancellation until 3 days after. We had 29 emails back and forth over a 2 week period. They said they would only give me a partial refund. I kept asking for my full refund. After 29 emails they took it upon themselves to transfer part of my money. They are lying, thieving, deceitful, conmen. Read the other reviews on this company. I haven't found any reviews which are good.

The dress took a while to get here, and the fit on the shoulders was awkward so I had to get it altered. I expected this company to be kinda crappy though because of the website, so I'm still giving 3 stars. It's basically as I expected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I BOUGHT A DRESS, ASKED MULTIPLE QUESTIONS AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY DRESS IT WAS TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. THE DRESS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE COLOR, CHAMPAGNE, BUT THE LACE ON THE TOP WAS AN UGLY CHEAP GOLD. FIRST I COMPLAINED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. I SENT PICTURES AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT "SEE THEM". I SENT THEM IN A DIFFERENT FORMAT AND THEY OFFERED ME ABOUT 35% OF WHAT I PAID, FOR THEIR MISTAKE. NOW THEY ARE CONTINUING TO DRAG OUT THE PAYMENT FOR EVEN THE 35%. WALK AWAY AND ORDER FROM LIGHT IN A BOX!

I placed my order on the 7th of June. I paid for a quicker delivery but didn't get them until yesterday (the 16th of July).
Although I explained to them that I needed the shoes for a very special occasion, they didn't pay any attention to the order and sent me a COMPLETELY different pair, which by the way is awful and I will never - ever wear it.
Bare in mind that I was also charged 34 euro (38 dollars) for the custom service fee. So in total I paid 127 dollars for a piece of s@@t

I will never order from this company ever I spent 184.00 on a wedding dress that was so ugly and the company wanted to refund me 92.00 to return the dress, I did not accept then they offered me 20.00 and keep a dress that I would never wear also to get a response from them would take a day or two and then they just don't get back to you at all...the worst service ever...I'm still waiting on a refund urggggg,,,,:(

I FINALLY got my heels from this company and it took FOREVER! At least a month and a half or a tad more. I read a lot of mixed reviews and wanted these heels so bad I took the chance and I'm glad I did. Although reading the bad reviews scared the hell out of me and since it took so long to get the heels, I was beginning to think I was going to be writing a bad review. The heels are super cute and pretty much as shown in the picture. From the picture online, they looked like a different material than what I got but the material of the heels they sent is pretty good quality. I'm tempted to overlook the bad reviews and purchase 1 piece of clothing to see what else they have. Still a bit apprehensive but couldn't hurt. The only downfall is waiting for them to send what i ordered. Oh, and the other 2 things that needs fixed is their website. My spyware says it isn't secure. The other thing is a confirmation email of our order right when we approve the purchase. They do have your order listed under your account through their website, but not to your email as Amazon and most sellers do.

I ordered a gorgeous pair of shoes. There were no email about the order being successful or any other updates about the purchase or delivery. It took a month to get the shoes. They don't look like in the picture on website. They are a cheapy copy and definitely not worth the money I paid. I have been in touch about returning them and getting the refund but they want me to send the pictures of the said shoes to look into it. No reply to the latest email.
Very, very disappointed.

POSSIBLE SCAM
I ordered a dress for a production of Cinderella. Ten minutes later, I realized it was not going to arrive in time because of shipping. So, I asked them to cancel the order. It should be easy for a legitimate company to cancel an order that was not even placed, right?
When I used the chat window, the customer service representative lied and said I was emailed a receipt for my purchase as well as my cancellation refund. When I explained I hadn't received any receipts, he backpedaled and said the charge would have to be made first and then refunded in 7-10 days?! I still have no email from this company. And there is a pending charge on my credit card. We shall see if they are honest or not...

I purchased a dress and when I received it the color was not as pictured and the size was incorrect. I reached out the same day I received the dress and was told they would refund $5 or if I wanted to send it back it would cost me the shipping plus duties and taxes, and they could not guarantee is would make it back. They even said I could give it to a friend or sell it myself. I am not in the business of buying and selling clothes. This is dishonest. If they want to do business in the US then open a warehouse here (I am sure they have some facility to receive all the clothing orders for the US) and allow the customer to return to the warehouse in the US. THIS IS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY AND THE CLOTHING IS NOT AS REPRESENTED.

Absolutely awful ! Ordered a dress and it didn’t fit. So tried to return it to get a refund like you would in any other shop and they made every excuse to refund me the smallest amount! They made the excuse of haveing to use raw materials to make the dress so therefore they had to take that out of the refund price as well as shipping costs. Any other retailer just give a full refund! And it’s such a long process for them to even give you the returns address! Awful site do not use !

I ordered three dresses, two came and neither fit, the third was never sent. I decided not to hassel with sending the two dresses back, but I want my reimbursement for the dress that I didn't receive. When I contact the customer service, I get responses that do not translate to english. They are refusing to reimburse me for something I never received. DO NOT do business with this unethical company!
