I think I might have just entered one…
I think I might have just entered one of the worst hosting company... Firstly they use an external email service provider, and this mail provider does not work... Sometimes it sends mail and most of the time it gives u error that the mail was rejected, even for simple mails as "hello"...
Then secondly they have no support, u can't create tickets, u can chat with them on live chat, no email to email them, they just put live chat and tickets there for decorations, it doesn't work, as I have been trying to contact them to fix this issue buh it doesn't work.
Update:
I would appreciate that, buh please why is it I can't chat support through live chat or open a ticket? What if I have future issues to report? I wouldn't have had to come on here to give a review, buh I needed your attention...
