I've dealt with Courtney for while now, she is professional and always pleasant.

I have been trying to find a company for the past 4 years who could help with a heat meter download issue. Having tried many other routes, I contacted DMS and Technical Manager Chris (Bishop) nailed the issue, and talked me through a solution with patience, knowledge and clarity. My experiences with DMS have always been very positive. From receiving initial quotes to installing their products I have always had great support from the team.

After an error with the wrong meter DMS replaced the unit without quibble. Astonishingly good service and living proof, smaller British companies can blow the Global players out of the water with excellent Customer Service. Extremely helpful Technical Dept' too.
