OK no bull
OK no bull. First time user. We'll impressed with price and delivery. This firm are good. Even sent me a voucher for 10% discount on my next order. 👍
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered 5 items from this company. The first was some mascara it was all stuck on the brush and totally unusable I believe that it had been used before. The second item was a lip gloss but instead I got a lip tint I put it on and couldn't move my mouth as it was matt. The third item was supposed to be a liquid eyeliner it wouldn't go onto my eye and it was brown and basically water. The next item was nail varnish the smell was so potent made my eyes stream had to wash it off I rang them they asked me to return sent me an address I had no ink so had to buy ink then I got an email this morning saying the products have been tested and they are good so they won't give me a refund they said they could either dispose of it or give me a £10 credit for their site. So basically they are calling me a liar PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Wrong information about free delivery
I ordered some items via third party website, and I received a discount code, if I will buy directly from their website. I put in my basket 12 items, because it said more than £35 , delivery is free. However, I was not entitled for free delivery because i used the voucher for discount, absolutely nonsense!! My order was: DC77780. I contacted via messenger, the staff just emptied my basket without explanation why on website says free delivery on purchase over £35? Very disappointed, would not recommend this site. Will use third party websites for beauty products.

I bought some lovely products at amazing prices which were shipped super quickly. What’s not to love? I have used this online store quite a few times now and never had any issues whatsoever.
Very good price but with problems
Very good prices but all 3 of my items seemed to be opened or not in the original plastic wrapper. I had bought a full bottle of fragrance but around 5-10ml was missing from the bottle. It was sold as brand new and 125 ml, neither of these things are true.

Pay attention to returns policy
I made an error while placing an order and ended up purchasing several items that I didn't intend to buy. When I realized the mistake, I contacted the retailer to arrange a return. However, during this process, I was informed that their return policy has a specific limitation. It turns out that they only accept returns for orders that contain fewer than 8 units. Unfortunately, my order exceeded this quantity, which means I'm unable to return the items under their current policy guidelines.
Easy return
I recently ordered from this company but I didnt read the description properly which said the box was damaged (hence the cheaper price). My mistake. It was for a gift so I contacted Direct Cosmetics who said no problem, send it back and we will refund.
I sent it back and received full refund a week later. Cant say fairer than that.
Bad Experience
Ordered few times in the past 2 months, First time ever had bad experience & had to write a review.
On 14/03/2024 received my order. Was disappointed as the picture showed on the website it’s not the same bottle. Dior Poison Eau De Toillette 30ml. The bottle which was advertised was like on oval bottle ( vintage version) this is the normal now bottle which already have.
Customer service replied “To help us resolve this as soon as possible, could you please provide us with photo evidence of the item, its packaging, and the pick note?”
I provided all the evidence which was asked for the delivery note. The parfum box

We can confirm the item has been received by our returns department.
Please advise - you mentioned in your initial email that the bottle was not correct, yet this item that has been returned to us is unopened and untouched, how have you been able to determine this is the incorrect item?
Also, we are currently having difficulty matching this product with our stock.”
22/03/24 I replied As my previous email I have returned unopened item. I have not opened it but I know it is the incorrect bottle due to the packaging. I have sent you pictures which prove I didn’t open it so I have returned it based off the packaging which led me to believe it was a different bottle inside compared to the advertised one.
26/03/24 You replied “Thank you for your reply.
The item is being returned back to you today by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
The reason is that we cannot match this to the stock we currently have and have determined this is not the item that we originally supplied to you”
Wow I can’t believe it I sent all proof all the evidence now you are accusing me of not sending the item you sent me. This is 100% the item you sent me. I’m so shocked lost for words. Maybe some items you sell are genuine but I’ve learnt some aren’t genuine. Please be careful whilst ordering from here always check the batch code. And tape yourself opening your packaging
I ordered perfumes on 16/2/2024
I ordered perfumes on 16/2/2024. On the same date received an email from Royal Mail that my parcel will be delivered on 29/2/2024 at 3 pm. Haven’t received it to date. I called Direct Cosmetics, the lady asked me to call back on 1st March 2024. This is the second time I’m undergoing the same thing.

I have used this company for years and am genuinely shocked at the number of poor reviews i have just read on Trust Pilot. I felt I wanted to give an alternative view based on over 10 years of experience using them. I can only speak as I find and I have always had great service and fabulous products at very attractive prices.

No excuse for stupidity
Parcel got lost in the system and when I called the company, they blamed Royal Mail. It has arrived today having been a ver 500 miles from delivery address. Reason became evident,although in invoice inside showed the correct address, the clowns omitted to show the town on the outside label. No excuse for stupidity. Wonder if I will get an apology for my inconvenience through their incompetency.

Order not received
I ordered perfume on 13th December for my daughter for Xmas as she was home from Australia.
However perfume never arrived although had tracking number for delivery with Royal Mail status never changed therefore unable to track it.
Today I emailed customer service with complaint requesting a refund which they responded quickly and also gave a refund with no hassle.
