The light was extremely delayed…
The light was extremely delayed arriving. It was ordered on 29th December and it only arrived on 6th February. The product itself was lovely but didn’t work in the place for which it was intended so I returned it. It was delivered to diffusione Luce on 13 March and I have emailed them twice (14 March and 20 March) about processing the refund but I have not had a response from them yet. This is unacceptable customer service from the point of view of (1) delayed delivery , (2) delayed refund and (3)unresponsiveness. I received a phone call apologising for the poor service and ensuring me that the company was doing its best after posting this review and the refund was received by me on 26th March

Gorgeous lamps arrived in 3 days
My order arrived in 3 days and in perfect condition. The lamps are beautiful and unique. I look forward to using them indoors and out. The color "corten" a rich brown is gorgeous.
