Perfect Transaction
Perfect Transaction! We were nervous about ordering our Karman Filomena floor lamp from the US but Diffusione Luce answered all our questions and we got a great price on a lamp we love. The lamp needed to be manufactured so it took about a month to ship, but DL kept us informed via status updates all along the way while we waited. Shipping was fast to the US and we received our lamp safely packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you to everyone at Diffusione Luce for service, assistance and great product selection and price.

I bought a replacement Transformer for…
I bought a replacement Transformer for 12 V LED lights, I contacted the company to ask which one, I ordered the part a 230 v to 12 v transformer and found on its arrival it was AC not DC, hence it did not work with the Italian LED lights we have. So I waisted a lot of time on this. I will now order another transformer from elsewhere additional & cost and poor commijication. .

I ordered two lamps from VIBIA at Diffusione Luce. The price for these lamps was very competitive. Parts were missing however (not included by VIBIA). I filled in a web form, and Iohana from Diffusione Luce did a wonderful job to help. I got the missing parts without any further discussion in a reasonable time, and the lamps are working great now.

I bought a Louis Poulsen Panthella 160 metal portable lamp from Diffusione Luce. I found that a small part of paint on the top of the lampshade is removed when I receive it. Iohana of customer service is really nice and helpful. After a few weeks, a new lampshade in good condition is received.

I ordered a lamp in mid February. Item was supposed to be shipped in a few days. Repeatedly contacted the seller, with them responding that item would ship shortly. Ultimately, it shipped 2.5 months later. When it reached me, the lamp was not working.

Unfortunately, the customer in question is trying to scam us by declaring that he did not receive the lamp, but here he writes that the lamp does not work . This is an explicit act of attempted fraud against us.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. We have spent a enormous amount of money with this company. they sent the incorrect rug and have refused to refund us the money. They sent us pool lights that did not come with any wiring so we cant use them and they have refused again to refund us. They sent us Kartel furniture that had chips in the chairs and the table had a manufacturing issue and again refused to provide us with a refund so we are 10's of thousands out of pocket. You cannot trust this company!

Ordered two items to be delivered to…
Ordered two items to be delivered to Australia, only one item arrived. When I informed them that the other item had not arrived they asked me to take a photo! Take a photo of what? A missing item? They have now started ignoring my emails. Terrible service!
UPDATE AFTER POSTING A REVIEW:
They contacted me and informed me that the item was actually never posted due to an inexperienced warehouse worker. Anyway they have reposted and it has arrived safe and sound. Products are good quality but the logistics have not been good. Have upgraded from 1 to 3 stars.
