Misled and delivery time
The order arrived in good condition, but the product photos and title misled me, as the stand is not included and must be purchased separately. The delivery time was also poor, more than 3 weeks, and the response time to my complaints always exceeded the given 24-hour deadline.

Good experience.
I ordered a spare part for my lamp Tolomeo. The only website I could find it. Delivery went fine. And the spare part is the one I was looking for. Low value so no import duties for CH.
As I had no issue, I cannot comment on the service itself in case of issue.

I'm now on my 8th order, and have yet to experience anything other than perfection.
Easy to contact, very friendly, providing helpful advice, I really can't fault this company.
I live in Canada, and all 8 orders I've so far completed have been delivered quickly and without problems.
I was a little concerned about the distance that my items would travel and the potential for damage, but I really didn't need to concern myself. The packaging the company uses to ship their goods is incredible - layer upon layer of protective packaging!
The only slight issues I have experienced have been with the website. It's a little “clunky”; appearing to suffer the odd glitch.
However, my advice to others is to stick with it - you'll find it's been worth it in the end!
I've received nothing but exceptional service from all staff, but I'd like to mention Danilo in particular who has been hugely helpful.
