Do not use this Company

Do not use this Company, ordered two towel rails, still not received. No one answering the phone. Looking on Companies House one of the two Directors has left the Company. They are just taking your money but not delivering any goods. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

AWFUL COMPANY THAT WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

spent £1500 on radiators and they said the all the items were not in and I could split the order. I asked for a refund on 25th January and still no refund. Barclaycard have said they have made NO attempt to refund me.

Have now fully disputed the payment with Barclaycard!

If I could give zero stars I would. I just wish I had found these reviews from all the other unfortunate customers who have purchased from this company. I too have been scammed by them. I have returned a radiator/towel rail to them confirming to their request to upload 4 pictures of the radiator/agree to restocking charge etc etc. The radiator was collected almost 3 weeks ago & I have heard nothing. No sign of any refund & , like others, I email these scammers everyday & get no response. Please please do not trust them. They are awful to deal with & I have ended up with no goods & no refund. Not a reputable company

Poor service

I have used this company for 2 substantial orders both around £4000 and i am still awaiting a refund for partial of my order I chase this daily via Email No response for months and also Live chat only to be told the same response which is extremely unhelpful, the service has been extremely poor and completely unacceptable my request is simple and can be addressed very quickly extremely disappointed.

Absolute SH!TE!! DON'T USE THEM!!

They were very quick to offer me numerous options of the original radiators which they said they now didn't have stock but still kept my money. I eventually purchase different style of radiator (at an additional cost to my original order) and they still haven't turned up. No one is replying to any of my emails and I have a job which is now over 4 weeks behind schedule. They are a cowboy outfit run by people who don't give a sh!t about the customers they just want their money!!! Don't use them!!

Fine…eventually!

I ordered a Burlington toilet seat from this company it was an excellent price however when it didn’t arrive on specified date I read reviews & was very sceptical that it would arrive at all & contact with the company was quite difficult though they did reply to emails. However it did arrive on the date they said which was a week later than originally specified & I have to say the delivery company APC were excellent & I’m very happy with the product & a great price though if you are in a hurry but elsewhere!

Absolutely awful company and terrible…

Absolutely awful company and terrible customer service. Ordered one radiator a month in advance of my bathroom refurb and picked a delivery slot for the week of the refurb. It did not arrive on the delivery date. I phoned Luxpad and waited on hold for 40 mins to be told that the radiator would not be with me for over a week. My bathroom fitters would have finished the job by then so I had to get an alternative radiator. Luxpad would not cancel the order and said I would have to reject the delivery or return it at no charge. The radiator then turned up unexpectedly the next day whilst I was at work and was left outside my flat. I started the returns process and was told it would cost me £50! I opted to keep the radiator (despite no use for it) rather than return it to this thieving company.

Damaged Radiator refused replacement

Purchased a few radiators a month ago delivery was quick no problems, then my plumber went to install them and 1 was damaged one of the inlets were bent and a rust patch, but apparently its my fault asbthe box was not opened with in 48 hrs of delivery, the box was not damaged, no way to contact customer services I filled out a form for a email to be sent saying no chance of a refund. Stay away from this ridiculously crap company. Can't even be arsed to sort the problem out

STILL no refund, STILL false promises. They even have the audacity to telephone me and say the refund is being processed! How do these people sleep at night? Do they have the no morals? Do they have no conscience? Shame on them. Taking peoples money and not delivering the goods. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

Utter rubbish.

I would give zero stars if I had the…

I would give zero stars if I had the option. Placed an order a number of months ago, for delivery end of July. I chased them up last week to confirm all was still on for the delivery date. I was advised everything was good and delivery would be directly from the manufacturer and on time. I received an email the day before delivery stating that the manufacturer did not have any of the items in stock! My issue is not the fact they did not have any in stock but they waited until the last minute to inform me. They offered me an alternative which was completely the wrong colour. They were not sorry about the extreme inconvenience they had caused as the radiator was required for my new kitchen build, which starts in a few days! This company has multiple company names but are all part of the LuxPad group. Do not ever purchase from them as they could not care less about their customers and leaving them in the lurch!!!!!

Awful company, zero communication, will not use again

Awful company, advertises next day delivery then books a slot for two weeks time, zero customer service, no replies to any emails, even then the parts were delivered later than advised and not able to track
No explanation for delays even though the website pushes there so called ‘here to help’ morals, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere
Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with and will definitely never use again

Sent automated email after placing order asking that I request a delivery date. Next date was 2 weeks away.
Cancelled order. 14 days for refund.

There is no "next day delivery" from this site.
False advertising.

Oh how I wish I read these reviews before spending over £600 on 2 shower enclosures one was very late and not as described, the other just didn’t turn up. Messaged umpteen times but no refund now going through the bank for a charge back. Do yourself a massive favour and shop elsewhere

Bought a radiator

Bought a radiator, took months to be delivered and when my plumber went to fit found it was faulty. As had not told them it was faulty within 48 hours they will not do anything about it. Would not go near them or their associated LUX PAD group in any way. In the end after time and trouble they have sent me a replacement radiator. Maybe the new management is better.

Took money for items they clearly did…

Took money for items they clearly did not have in December 2021. They also had no idea when the items would be in. Money still not returned since purchase on December 11th 2021. I have called and emailed more than once and submitted an approved request for a refund on Jan 5th 2022.

The writing on the website and subsequent generic correspondence is totally inaccurate and contradictory. It is nauseatingly self-pitying with regards to issues and covid. An avalanche of excuses and nonsense designed to delay complaints or legal action.Covid has not prevented other companies providing stellar service and refunds sometimes in hours.

Absolute waste of time. They still have 1000 pounds of my money as it stands.

Do not use.
