Dekrastone Reviews

Excellent from start to finish. Friendly, no pressure sales team. Fitters were brilliant and worktop looks great

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Would certainly recommend Dekrastone.

Lynsey and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful - showing us lots of options and allowing us to see the larger sized slabs to gain a better visual. Really helped to make choosing much easier. Follow up measuring and fitting stages also very smooth.

Loved going out and picking my own piece of quartzite for my amazing island! It turned out even more beautiful than I could have hoped for! All the staff were amazing and so invested in my experience - Danielle kept me informed every step of the way and would have no hesitation in recommending this company!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dekrastone. From start to finish, the customer service was brilliant.

Lyndsay and Danielle were so lovely to deal with and incredibly helpful throughout. They were very accommodating with timings and I never felt under any pressure. I also made a few additions and last-minute changes along the way and nothing was ever a problem. Michael came out to measure and was fantastic too.

I wasn’t there on the day of the fitting, but my kitchen fitter actually commented on how good the fitter was and what a great job he had done.

The quartz itself is absolutely beautiful and the finish is amazing. I absolutely love how it has turned out.

A huge thank you to everyone at Dekrastone. A brilliant experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them.

We have just bought Fugenstone Amber quartz worktops and splashbacks for our new kitchen and corner pantry from Dekrastone and are delighted with them. Danielle & Lyndsay were very patient with us during the selection process and have been very supportive throughout. Michael & Mariusz were the fitters, and they also did a great job. The jointing and finish are excellent. Dekrastone came recommended to us, and we would thoroughly recommend them to others. Overall, an excellent service; thank you to the Team.

Project Managed the Refurb for my Kitchen and decided to use Dekrastone to do the Worktops and Backsplashes for me. Quality products and quality service. Special thanks to Marius and Andrew for their skill and Lyndsay, Emma and Danielle for their service, patience and answering a couple of stupid questions. Im delighted with your work and your service. Thank you.

Dekrastone were excellent from start to finish. They supplied and installed a new Dekton Trillium worktop to our kitchen island unit. They were very competitive on price. The survey team were very professional. The turnaround from survey to installation was very quick and the installation team did a fantastic job. We are delighted with the service provided and the finished job.

Excellent service throughout entire process, from initial call, to fitting!

Lindsay was consistently knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Danielle was also excellent at her job!

We recently had our kitchen renovated and spent a long time deciding what we wanted for our worktops. We visited several local quartz suppliers and also ordered samples from a few national companies, but from our very first visit to Dekrastone, we knew we were in good hands.

Lyndsay took the time to talk us through all of our options and really listened to what we wanted from our worktops. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, making the whole process feel relaxed and completely pressure-free.

Once we'd made our decision, everything ran smoothly. From the gentleman who came to complete the template to the two fitters who installed the worktops, everyone was friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work. Their attention to detail and expertise really stood out.

There was a two-week wait between templating and fitting, but we expected this when choosing quartz and were well prepared for it.

The finished worktops are absolutely beautiful. The installation is flawless, and although we have one join, it has been finished so perfectly that it's barely noticeable.

We couldn't be happier with the result and would 100% recommend Dekrastone to anyone looking for high-quality quartz worktops and excellent customer service

Very impressed with Dekrastone from first contact with showroom until fitted. Very patient with me as I changed my mind several times before ordering during the various stages of the house build. Quick to respond to all enquiries and thé templating and fitting was very efficient. Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my quartz worktop and splashback. The quality of the product and the installation were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Dekrastone.

We are absolutely delighted with our worktops from Dekrastone.

Our renovation project has been delayed repeatedly due to poor workmanship from builders, making it an incredibly stressful experience. Throughout it all, Dekrastone have been patient, professional and understanding. Unfortunately, building work had to be rectified after the initial template, meaning we needed a second templating visit. Dekrastone were very flexible and accommodating despite the ongoing delays and changes.

There was a slight issue with one of the upstands during fitting, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The quality of the finished work is excellent, with superb edges and almost invisible joins.

Pricing was competitive, but this renovation has taught us that quality workmanship and good customer service are worth paying for. Dekrastone delivered both and have been one of the best companies we've dealt with throughout this project.
Thank you to the full team.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Initial contact through survey and finally installation, and every little bit of detail was followed up and the quality of the work was outstanding. Still cant believe they managed to carry that breakfast bar up 2 flights of stairs.

We got quartz worktops and back splash from decrastone for our new kitchen.
The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and also showed us a full slab of our chosen quartz.
The man who did the templating for us was excellent and suggested some things to us, he clearly did a great job as they fit perfectly.
The fitters also did a great job, so much so our kitchen fitter was extremely impressed by the finished product and asked us who had done it.
All round excellent experince and workmanship. Very pleased.
