Got charged and never reimbursed

They charged my PayPal, and to my great surprise, PayPal told me it was a legitimate charge, and they are usually good at paying out my claims when I have claims sent to them but for some odd reason, PayPal did not pay me back for the charge I had from Crunchnetic, I even tried to have Crunchnetic reimburse me and they would not help me either, it was only for $7.99 I believe but it wasn't for the amount that mattered, it was the common sense of it, I didn't have anything to do with it, I never was on their website, I don't know what they are about and don't care either, all I know is that I get alerts about what my cards are being charged with and from who, and when I know it isn't from me, I have to make sure I file a claim about it right away and replace my whole card too afterwards and this time it didn't happen and now I want to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else and that they are aware.
