Had a nail in my tyre. Got it repaired and so far have done a good job. Was quick but to my absolute shock once the job was done i noticed they had been helping themselves to items in my car. Not impressed at all. I am totally shocked that this is something they do.
I popped in for a new tire late afternoon on a Friday - it's not one they had in stock so they ordered one in for the next day. I was offered a range of options, and booked a time for it to be fitted.
The following morning I got a call around an hour and a half before the appointment to say the tire had arrived and I was welcome to have it fitted whenever it was convenient.
Fitting was quick, the staff were friendly, and it cost me less than the last time I bought a tire from a larger chain.
