My grandson loves his Comfy Sack
This company has top of the line customer service and product. There was a mix up in the address due to me not verifying and they expidited the shipping so it was there for Christmas.

I ordered this for my 8 y o grandson and he loves it! It is super nice quality. The chair came all compact... my grandson even had fun rolling it around & watching it expand!
I am sure he will get many years of use from it, as it is big enough for an adult to use too!

This was exactly as described! My autistic brother is already in love with the bean bag. He wouldn't stop laying on it. Really happy with this purchase!

I love this product and several years later I was able to order replacement covers...not because the covers were damaged or frayed in any way just a decor update. Process was smooth and easy.

Comfortable and easy to set up. Arrived in about 7 days. No problems with anything.

I purchased the 7.5 lounger and entered the wrong shipping address. Totally my fault, contacted customer service the next morning and they were awesome at correcting my gaffe. Got my sack a few days later. Comfortable as can be, it is huge and great. It has taken the place of a sofa in my living room. Only problem is when I try to get my cat off of it so I can lay down he claws the hell out of me. Highly recommend.

I ordered two comfy pillows. They shipped within a week of ordering and arrived without damage. They fluffed up within a day and have plenty of filling. This is my second order from comfy sacks, I already have the 8ft sack. The products are well made and I would order from them again.

You all have been so helpful the sack I purchased has been more than amazing and every time I need something your customer service has been wrote there to get the job done!

I bought a Comfy Sacks pillow sack to replace my lovesac, which was ruined by a pet accident. The pillow sack is incredibly comfortable for a smaller adult or child (I am 5'3 female and 130 lbs and it is great for me). However, this was for my 16 year old son, who is 5'10 and 165, and didn't fit as well in the smaller sack. Comfy Sacks allowed me to exchange the pillow sack with a larger 5 foot sac, which was a perfect fit for my son. It has been a favorite spot for watching movies since. Excellent customer service, terrific product. If you are a larger adult, get a 5 foot sac or bigger, if you are smaller and want a compact and incredibly comfortable place to snuggle with a book or movie, get a pillow sack. Highly recommend!

Update: I was contacted shortly after and it took longer due to holiday shopping and supply chain issues.

It is very comfortable. My cat loves it. lol The 4 stars are due to the fact that the plastic got caught in the zipper and the case was stuck. Even using pliers didn't help. I had to carefully cut off the case,

I give this 5 stars because it is big and fluffy and it is great for movie nights and gaming.
