Went for fixed fee estate planning…

Went for fixed fee estate planning consultation. Disappointed that the information was the same as on .gov/online or available as a free consultation with other providers. Expected more if they were charging for the consult. Skip this and save £00s. You can find the same information for free as said above.

No response for enquiries

I was looking for solicitor for property purchase. Their website has instant quotation generator which I quite like. Their price seems competitive too.

After quotation I email them for a few further questions but no response after a week. I believe Property Purchase should be quite simple but they just didn’t give a reply. I understand they’re a small team, but at the point of a client dare you appoint someone you may have to keep chasing for…
