I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor customer service I recently experienced. I have been hung up on multiple times and have yet to receive the information I need regarding my order.
When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told that supervisors do not take phone calls. In addition to the lack of assistance, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with the representatives due to a significant language barrier.
It is unacceptable to receive such poor service and remain unable to get basic information about an inquiry. I would like this matter addressed immediately and would appreciate an update on my order status.

I bought 3 pairs of trainers £133 at an ok sale price .
I received the package package on opening 2 boxes and trainers where in immaculate new condition however the 3rd was a shabby box torn in places the trainers where creased considerably and dirty in areas , this is not over stated if anything under stated !
I wasn't happy so I got InTouch with support they are not UK based - but in South Africa !
The customer services where great and knowledgeable!!
On my explanation she wanted photos , she staid on the line through the process - brilliant.
She confirmed that a free return ticket was in order ( I did specifically asked her and my reply was yes it was free )
do not take anything for granted this company is unscrupulous !
I printed of returns slip no mention of a fee in correspondence ! It took an age to get returned then I've received a couple of emails from PayPal and visa that I've had a partial refund
They have taken £2.95p for the return of the defective partial order order , small you may think 🤔 it's the fact they took the money no consent given or implied , clearly stated it was free !
The fact is the company sees it ok to penalise me and others for receiving a drab order , so no quality control and staff that don't care ! So much for Clarks brand !!
I've written 2 emails stating I want my £ 2.95p back as it was inappropriate to take funds and it's on them that the part order was returned in the first place !! If I pay for brand new! I want just that , not second hand shabby !!
My point is this !! We the customers get treated as 2nd rate after we pay initially!
It seems that it's ok for them to do whatever they wish without consequences!
How many people have they miss charged and taken moneys to cover their bad admin business practice !!
It seems to me that if a charge is made then it doesn't fall on the business account - so on review the owners don't hear about the bad practices that are going on with the management and staff .
I've read some not so good things before I wrote my dealings with clarksoutlet.co.uk! However big or small we need to hold these company's to account , in return we will receive a better service .
I'm writing to pay pal and visa and will do a claim back ! As is my rite what I've written is true and unbiased !!
Trust pilot is here for just this reason , giving details of the excellent to the poor quality in all aspects of a transactions for goods is paramount!!
My advice to myself and others is this ! check out the company trust pilot ratings before purchase to make your comformed purchase !!
Get all details in writing , photos too don't trust word of mouth !
If unsatisfied with correspondence , please get your money back by claim back !!
With your bank , visa , master card , pay pal - don't let it go !!
Most of all write about it and let others know !!
I gave a 1 star above this is in order to post , I wouldn't give anything , only flat zero !!
However customer support was amazing even if she wasn't feeling very well .

Alex in the contact centre did an amazing job!
I need a particular type of shoe and I couldnt find it on clarks.com. So I rang the contact centre. Not only was the call answered straight away by Alex, she was able to quickly and diligently find me a pair of the shoes I needed on clarksoutlet.co.uk! I was very very impressed.
Double charged and refused to investigate
I placed an order for three pairs of shoes (order 1017010850, total 133.60 GBP). The store split it into three shipments, which resulted in my card being charged three times — once for the full amount, and then twice more for two of the three items individually (39.20 GBP and 62.40 GBP), totalling an extra 101.60 GBP taken without authorisation.
My bank confirmed that the original transaction was an authorisation hold for the full amount, after which Clarks separately captured funds for two parcels — bypassing the original hold and charging my account a second time.
I contacted customer support twice with full transaction details, exact GBP amounts, timestamps, and a bank screenshot. Both times I was told "we have not taken any funds" and was asked to contact my bank instead. No escalation to their finance team was offered.
I am now forced to file a chargeback with my bank and submit a complaint via Resolver to UK Trading Standards.
I would not recommend shopping with Clarks Outlet if you are an international customer — there is no willingness to investigate billing issues.
Horrible sizes and quality
Horrible sizes and quality. Bought two school shoes for my girls both are complaining of discomfort.

Ordered shoes took payment no order generated twice but gave no order number.
I now have money sat "pending" in my bank. Tried to call customer services... waited 20 mins no joy. Tried to use email but as I don't have an order number that wouldn't go through!

I ordered a pair of sandals, a pair of loafers and two pairs of leather insoles in August. They sent the sandals separately and they arrived first. They were hurting my feet so I sent them back and was refunded for them.
The rest of my order seemed to be taking ages to arrive so looked at the tracking from Evri for the third time and it said they were about to deliver to Evri shop. Got in touch with Clarks Oulet and heard nothing but around 3 days later they 'arrived'! Went to collect them but parcel definitely did not seem like it contained the items I ordered. Opened it and, sure enough, there were cleaning products poking out of one damaged corner of the box.
Reported this to Clarks several times and they completely ignored me. Went to Paypal, who at first said there wasn't anything I could do as I'd collected them from a shop! Went onto the Evri website and realised that the shop they meant was a Clarks Outlet shop, because the advice on the Evri website was to take the problem to Clarks. Not only that, but it stated that Clarks could claim for their loss on their insurance.
Anyway, went back to Paypal and told them what had happened and, of course, they went back to Clarks, and lo and behold, I have the rest of my money refunded!
What's the betting that Clarks had claimed on the insurance already?!

Perfect performance. I've bought shoes here twice. Both times they arrived amazingly quickly (<3 days), with the correct order, nicely packaged. No issues at all.
Charged me twice for an order
I was charged twice for order #1011717380 and have yet to receive a refund, despite reaching out to customer service. To make matters worse, the order was canceled a week later when it became clear the shoes were never in stock to begin with. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Terrible.i bought a pair of shoes recently. They were dumped/left on
my doorstep without warning 2 days b4 they were due. They don’t fit do I filed s return & took shoes to Evri drop off boxes at local garage but none of ref nos would open box to deposit my return. 2wks later noone is answering phone & no relevant response from robot chat. Rang Head Office but noone answering phone. I’ve never known such an incompetent co with so much contempt & scorn for their customers.
This is a mickey mouse operation

I was charged £179 for confirmed order #1004363175 . I sent them a bank statement + screenshot of the confirmed order. The shoes never arrived at my address, there is no customer service, and I am stranded trying to get my money back!!!

Terrible customer service, checkout broken.
I have spent the best part of four weeks trying to use a gift certificate on the Clarks Outlet website, but everytime the website consumes the voucher before I can even complete checkout.
Clarks keep reissuing the voucher, but beyond that, they could not care less.
Terrible customer service. No incentive on their part to do any better as they already have 'my' money.
Strangely, if you go into a Clarks store you get the sense they know the website is utter garbage as they seem to have plenty sympathy, but alas they can't help due to corporate nonsense.
I will certainly avoid Clarks in the future.
Never use this company
Never use this company, they have very bad customer service, very bad delivery service, and a very bad attitude. They will ask you to wait and wait again, the parcel will never come and a refund is very difficult.
Beware of Clarks outlet
Place an order online and paid using PayPal. Money went out of my account, after several days not getting my package I called them and they said the order was unsuccessful. Awful beware from ordering from Clark outlet they seem to have lot of gimmicks , lot of sale going on but I think all they want is get hold of your money so they can use it without interest.
Heel came off my shoe
Heel came off my shoe, the agent at customer services Anthony was very helpful and speedy in making sure my feet do not go cold this winter. New shoes sent out fast and a discount to boot can't fault the customer services. Thank you Anthony and Clarks.
Payment taken but shoes never arrived and no refund
Placed an order on 1 Dec for a boot and made the payment via PayPal. Even though the payment has gone through, I did not receive any email confirmation and the order did not show in my registered account. Sent a email with no reply. Called the customer service first thing on the morning the next working day, and it took forever to talk to a person. They said my order did not go through and there should be a refund within 5 working days, but I am still waiting. I have never experienced this kind of frustration in online shopping. Really disappointed about the brand. For anyone who would like to buy their shoes, better go to the stores instead.
Missing order
Ordered a pair of shoes on the 30th Nov paid express delivery and still no shoes 8th December. I got intouch with the carrier who said I needed to reorder with clarks and get intouch with them, I cannot get through to anyone, absolutely shocking customer service, I want a full refund and will not be shopping with clarks ever again.
