Mixed experience so far, app is easier to use than many others which was a great start and easy to follow initial basic instructions to make a photobook. Really like the project being saved if on the app. Cropping photos lets this down really badly however and became impossible. It automatically edits which part of the photo and you can’t adjust it. The biggest struggle was to add additional photos that weren’t selected into the app from a generic phone library. AI and google searches didn’t help. The last let down, was the promise of 100% satisfaction but the ‘contact us’ button didn’t work. Now well and truly stuck and project has stalled. Help.

Edit: My reply to their response below. iPad, v 15. No ref number. The contact was greyed out after clicking on the help option and following prompts guided by the app. I’ve emailed and no reply but recognise bank holidays. No answer on the phone and it says to leave a voicemail with no voicemail facility. Never heard back from them

uncomplicated

I made a book for my dads 85 birthday. the program to make the book was easy to use and uncomplicated. the book arrived on time and it really looked great. I am sure i will use this more often.

We chose CEWE Fotobuch for our wedding…

We chose CEWE Fotobuch for our wedding photo album and we couldn't be more satisfied. The printing quality is excellent and the delivery was faster than promised - 3 days earlier! We will definitely use this service again for future albums.

This is the worst website ever.

This is the worst website EVER!!!!
I had to create three THREE accounts in your platform just because NOTHING works. DM pickup does not work - create an account.
Corporate benefits DOES NOT WORK and you ask me FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT
BILLA PICKUP also does not work- ANOTHER ACCOUNT! In the same platform!!!!

I never take the time to write reviews but oh God your service is SO POOR that I could not stop myself, I am trying to order something since 30 min and even downloaded your stupid app.

After 30 min of pure pain I managed to do it. Thought this was a cute Christmas present but I will never ever ever ever use your service again.

Please hire a couple of good product designers because you surely need them.
