Good communication and fast service with expertise you can rely on. I highly recommend Calibre Watch Services having used them over the last five years.

contacted them as a first time customer to get a metal button replacement for my watch and a new strap and willing to pay reasonable money to have this done as its a mid range premium watch.

Unfortunately they insisted I had to have a full service of the watch if i wanted them to replace the metal button and strap??

When I questioned this they replied 'It was Industry practice?'

My response was that i am sure it is, but not a practice that serves the customers interests but rather the industries (££££).

Felt it very akin to going to a garage for some brake pads or some replacement bulbs and them insisting I have to have a full service first??

So very disappointed that a company advertising as watch repair inists on a full servicing of a watch to recieve any repairs?

I find this approach self serving, short sighted and some what greedy.

Sent my 2006 Rolex Submariner to Steven at Calibre for a service in November 2021
Service was first class from the pick up of the watch back to delivery - all via insured special delivery.
Communication was excellent, and the price and lead time was far less than the AD.
I have numerous wristwatches watches and shall certainly use Steven at Calibre again. Recommended.
