Navigating site support, ridiculous
Navigating site to get your account history is ridiculous waste of time & support doesn't seem to know either.
Glad I didn't put a lot of funds on this exchange and look forward to closing my account.
In addition, fees are astronomical, compared to other exchanges with knowledgeable support.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Scam exchange. They are running out of funds and freezing accounts. They literally wait the second you transfer money in than they freeze it accusing you of suspicious transaction.

the way you deal with delistings is absolutely unacceptable .... no communication beforehand, information after you have delisted the coins / no more chance to sell the affected coins, only withdrawal possible / withdrawal fee for the affected coins is a joke.

Complete scam
I am not sure if this is the same company or not
Bitmar Trade.com
Its a front and is recommended by a well-known YouTuber or a Hacker going under his name.
I and my collegues put a minimum startup of $10k which is looked after by a BOT giving at least 7% return perday.
Then when your account goes to $25k you go to an advanced Bot which is repeated at $50k
We all tried to withdraw the minimum as stipulated at $20k.
That's when the trouble started.
They suddenly wanted 20% upfront of Crypto?
Then one of my colleagues got a demand of an extra $35k to apparently pay the SEC fees?
What SEC fees?
Then another 10% in BTC for USA TAX?
No Government demands TAX to be paid in advance in CRYPTO
BTC.
On research we find that they are not even registered with the SEC?
We all live in UK so easy targets for them.
Please help us.
