I have been chasing these guys til date to get my certificate as they withdraw my application

Helped my colleague get certificate but didn’t help me
I have been emailing and chasing her but no luck
I spent over 2k on the course not to get certificate and very poor contact

We would like to clarify we are not a company that is unreliable. Each enquiry you have sent to us has been responded within 48-72 hours.
Our tutors have fully supported you throughout your study period even when you were arriving late to class.
I understand you are unhappy with our marking process but this depends when students hand their work in. As you are fully aware if a student hands work in late then their marking process will be delayed by 2 weeks as we have other students work to be marked.
Currently you still have a few tasks outstanding and we can only mark your portfolio 100% once the task have been completed. We follow the guidelines set by the governing body VTCT when it comes to marking and assessments.
We have supported you fully throughout your course and have gone out of our way to help you.
Beaulaz has a 100% pass success rate and our students are very happy with our facilities, teaching and support.
We have really tried our best with you but we are still here to support you 100%.
