I used to be a employee here at the Manhattan, Kansas location. Adam Peyton the owner is horrible 😢 this place as well as his sister restaurant named HiLo needs to be shutdown. First off he's extremely rude 😤 to anyone that has a disability and will make them fill unwelcome. There's 4 food safety violations that i found while working 💪 there. #1 there was raw chicken 🐔 breasts in the walk in that was in freezer 🎒 bags that was bloody in a bucket on the floor. He claims that it was wrapped and it was chicken 🐔 wings when honestly it wasn't. People were putting fresh stock from the Roma (food supplier) truck 🚚 on top of this. #2. The 🚶♂️ walk in looked like 👍 a tornado 🌪 hit it as things were just thrown in there. #3 Flys are everywhere in the kitchen especially in the dish pit area due to the fact that his waitresses are lazy 😴 and just stand around collecting a paycheck and not emptying out the drinkware so the kitchen staff goes and collects things and dumps the stuff down the mop drain. #4 constantly doing prep in the triple sink where someone would originally wash dishes since that's the only sink that has 🥶 cold water. This man 👨 is in total denial and needs to be 🔎 investigated
