After not checking the website first and the reviews, order 3 bras for £54 via PayPal. Then I realised my error after checking this website. Doh!
I ordered and requested a cancellation on the same day and also used PayPal resolution process. They have tried to get me to reconsider and offered me a free gift. As if! I have requested for them to cancel my order 3 times now, so let's wait and see. Feel like a right idiot. Hey ho you learn from your mistakes.

DO NOT BUY! Terrible sizing and difficult to get a refund. The size chart gives the same cup size for B to G. There is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’ bra! I made the mistake of not looking at the whole chart, only checking my size and not finding out until too late an F is the same as a B according to Wmbra.
I should have read the reviews too because it is impossible to return. The postage costs more than the bra is worth (£6.99 to receive and return) and this is not refunded. As I didn’t want to pay that much to return I was offered a £9 voucher. I says no good because would not but another bra. After several emails back and forth (the informal and casual messages from customer services are almost rude) I was offered £10 refund. The best I could get meant I only lost £12! Not happy!

I should have read the reviews. Exactly the same experience - instead of a refund they offer to give a £20 voucher to buy other stuff from their website. When I refused and asked for a refund, I was given the option of returning it to China, at great cost, or getting a £5 refund. These are real scammers, do not buy from them.

Do not trust this company. Expensive, flimsy material gives no support, sizing guide way out, totally unhelpful 'customer support', no refund given. Big waste of time and money.

Bras did not fit. Cannot locate returns on line. Their email they give does not come up. Trying to send back and get a refund. They also go through PayPal as a guest to get their money. Poor quality product. I have sport bras with more support. Don't wast your money.

I was about to purchase 2 these but thought i would check with trust pilot and glad i did thank you for your responses sounds like you have saved me a lot of head aches. THANK YOU.

These bra's are a con. They do not support and are of rubbish quality. It would be foolish to waste your money as I did. Yes, I have been foolish. Please dont follow my example.

Totally unscrupulous!
I was sent 2x$14 bras after paying $96.43. The company said I could keep the bras or pay postage for returning for correct product. Sadly bPay did nothing to support after using them in the belief I was protected. They left it to me to do the corresponding and I have never received the correct product and am left with the wrong size and wrong product! And almost $100 down the drain. Totally unacceptable and frustrating. I’d warn anyone against dealing with this company.

Do not waster your money with this company. I wear a C cup and they advised I buy a Large. It came and the bra was marked Large but it was a A cup. I contacted them and they said they would give me a &20 voucher toward my next purchase. !! No help at all so the bra is going to Goodwill and never ever deal with them

Absolute rubbish do not buy from them. Bras are useless no support what so ever. Returned items back to China in September and nothing back from them what so ever! I only marked the one star just so I could write a review!

I wouldn’t give even 1 star if I had the choice! The product is cheap and useless and when I contacted them and asked for a refund, they took a week to reply then suggested I might like to keep the item and have a £5 refund. There were a few more backwards and forwards emails with them each time trying to persuade me to accept a tiny amount in return for keeping their rubbish item. I insisted on a full refund (ha ha),so was eventually given an address in Shanghai, and told to send them a tracking number. It cost me £16.10 to send it back, and by the time they deduct their original postage - which was supposed to be free as part of the ‘offer - I will end up with something approaching the £5 they originally offered me. However, it’s the principle of the thing; I wanted it gone and it’s gone. Please, everybody, DO NOT buy from this bunch of scam artists!!

I would not even give one star if that was possible. Their measurement guide is not correct and so I received a bra not fit for purpose. After several emails it now turns out that the bra has to be returned to China for me to receive a refund, and not to the address on the package it arrived in. The cost for me to send the package to China is not cost effective, so I have a bra I cannot wear which cost me over £32.00 including the delivery cost!!

I just wish I had read these reviews before buying this load of rubbish they have told me I now have to post them back to China to get my refund I am going to find out just how much that is going to cost me? So please take note DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Please do not buy from this company. It looks like made in UK arrived from China and it’s so awful. Cheap and just doesn’t offer any support. Asked for refund . Refused asked again was offered £8.00. Refused they then offered £10.00 and said I could always sell on!! Asking Facebook to take this down also Amazon. Also contacting Bank Fraud dept.

I tried to return the bras as they weren’t as I’d expected. ..what a palaver ! I eventually said I’d accept a ridiculously small refund (£7!) ,just to close the matter. Weeks later, still no sign of it… Avoid dealing with this company!

I completely agree with all the reviews. The bra is flimsy and cheap and offers no support at all. When I write to ask for a refund, I get all kinds of stupid offers I don’t want like £8 off another bra in a smaller size etc etc. There are no instructions in the package on how to return the bra but I see from the reviews that you have to send it to China. Forget it - I’ve wasted enough time and money already. I’m going to try to get my money back through PayPal as suggested by another reviewer. Do not by anything from this company. It’s a complete rip off and read my 1 star as 0 stars.

Total garbage product. It's not a bra, justa bit of flimsy rubbery fabric. If you return unwanted items, you lose money as they deduct their postage AND you have to return product to China. i fail to understand why they are still in business. Wish i had read reviews before wasting money

I HAVE JUST RECIVED A PARCIAL REFUND OF £48.01. After many e-mails back and forth with them they have refunded me £48.01 of the £70 I paid for 4 bras and that does not include the £15 I paid to send them back or the £6 they deducted for the cost of postage of the bras to me in the first place. Only after I said I would be informing trading standards, citizens advice and the ombudsman did they send me an e-mail saying they would only refund £48.01 as I did not get the parcel sent by recorded delivery there was not proof that they had received the parcel (would they really have given me a refund of any amount if they had not got my parcel, ummmm.) I'm still out of pocket by about £43 but at least I got some back.
I will be informing the citizens advice now I have got a partial refund back, I also told the company that there reviews on trust pilot were terrible and did they really want any more bad reviews.my advice would be that if you have spent a lot on an order then it might be worth trying to get some money back, but if the order was only a small amount then it properly will not be worth it but I would still report it to citizens advice .

Do not use this company, I wish I had read reviews.
My bra didn’t fit and despite asking several times for a return address they just kept offing feeble amounts of refund.
I then found a small label on the packaging saying return address, so I sent it there. Wmbra then said this is only the last processing warehouse so they can’t return my money.Why does the label have return address if it’s not where you should return things?
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This bra offers no support at all andis poorly and cheaply made and has faults. The returns policy does not even mention that you have to return to China they are even reluctant to give you a return address. The product is despatched from Southall via Royal Mail and the company appears to be from Germany not China. Do not buy from this Co under any circumstances.
