Good store having good prices.

At the moment I'm sofa-hopping in London while I'm finding a permanent job and then hopefully a flat. It's so comforting to know that my things are stored away and I've labelled all of my boxes on the website with a list of what's in them so that if I want one of the boxes back temporarily, I can grab things out of it. Very easy to live out of a suitcase and get rid of my clutter!

We had to vacate our flat urgently because our lease was promptly cancelled. Henry and the team quickly understood our situation, sent over some boxes, and helped us pack quickly into storage.

And when we finally had our leasing situation settled, the boxes came to our new place - no hassle!

Easy solution with WeStore and great customer service. Moving is such a hassle - but WeStore helps make it much much smoother!

It was really easy to get my stuff picked up by WeStore: the website was clear and simple to use, and they helped me with the heavy boxes. I got the boxes collected at a time that suited me.

WeStore is a great idea and the I can't fault the service. I had to reschedule the collection of my boxes twice (due to a change of plans on my part) and Henry was very helpful with this, even calling when the courier couldn't get hold of me to figure out another solution. Would use WeStore again without hesitation.

The WeStore experience was so simple and easy, I'd recommend it to anyone. The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating, even when my circumstances changed and I needed my boxes back quickly I really felt like they were going well out of their way to make sure I was happy!

I was impressed with the service, as I had small, but very heavy boxes and yet I didn't hear any complaints from the driver, who was friendly the whole time. The fact I received a call informing me of the approximate collection thine, also counted as a positive.

We were recommended this company via our estate agent. They deliver empty boxes (together with tape), pick up your filled boxes and deliver them back again. All communication can be done via an easy to use website or by telephone if you prefer. A text is sent to tell you a time for pick up or delivery and the company turns up on time. I was extremely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars.

WeStore offers a friendly and practical service. My experience with them to date has been positive and my moving - never an enjoyable process - has been extremely easy and without hassle. Their customer service over the phone is excellent. Their staff is particularly cheerful - it made a big difference on my move day to be greeted with a big smile! Thank you WeStore.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by WeStore. The only issue was that I wasn't notified on time about the delivered boxes, which might have caused some problems for me, but the company did their best to resolve the issue and everything worked out well in the end.

Chanced upon their online website, and spoke to their online customer agent as I had to make an urgent collection. To my pleasant surprise, westore actually accepted my order and came down within 15 minutes to collect my stuff. My problem solved within 30mins of contacting them.

Hard to find a comparably efficient and reliable storage service!

Great pricing compares to other storage companies out there, even with extra charge on return deliveries. No hassle - liked the fact everything was done online. Overall a very straight forward and pleasant experience, costumer service was easily reachable. The delivery and collection was very on time so that I was able to schedule around it easily, which definitely enhanced my experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good storage company.

The service was excellent, I was always kept updated on the delivery hours. WeStore contacted me when they couldn't find anyone at home and it was very easy to reschedule the collection.

Delivery due to arrive today and didn't. They did phone at lunchtime to advise me of that but it doesn't change the fact I'll have to pack my entire life in about six hours tomorrow.

Major issue is that you can't book collection until the boxes are delivered. I need collection on Friday, today is Wednesday, delayed delivery now arriving Thursday. Very concerned that I will not get collection Friday now and will be homeless with boxes. Would be better to book delivery and have the option to book collection at the same time... And, preferably, that these bookings are met
