I recently had some work done on my VW Touran at Volkswagen København - en del af Semler Mobility. Although I initially faced some issues with the repair and communication, the overall experience was ultimately positive.

Initially, the repair took longer than expected and there were some complications with the clutch and gearbox. However, the team was responsive after follow-ups and ensured that necessary parts were eventually ordered and installed. They also offered a fair resolution for the delays and inconvenience caused.

The staff was friendly and professional, and I felt they made a genuine effort to resolve the issues. In the end, despite the rocky start, their service improved, and I am satisfied with how they handled my car's issues.

I'd recommend giving them a try, but make sure to keep open lines of communication.

This place at Badevingen 9 is a joke! My story is long, but I will not hesitate to tell You how bad the service could be! And PLEASE! Do not bring Your VW cars there for any reason!

Today the 26 of October it has been already 3 months that my VW Touran got stuck in their "workshop", because they havn't been able to repair properly my cluth. The cost of fixing - 31.700DKK.
3 weeks after repering (that "notabene" took them 2 weeks) the cluth got broken again. The gearbox started to behave same as last time.
After 3 weeks no answer, no message, no communication.
I called to find out what is going on, I am getting informed that unfortunately another part(mechatronic) got broken an the price is unfortunately 44.000dkk

I asked nicely to find out if perhps the fact that my cluth wasn't fixed proprly didin't cause the mechatronic failure, and if they will fix it on the warranty, so I've been asked to wait for a message back.
No news for 4 weeks.

Another phone call, 'I got really mad' I have managed to get connected to the Workshop Cheif, he replied that the mechatronic got broken and tghr price is around 25.000dkk and warranty doesn't cover it! And "BTW your mechatronic hasn't been even ordered", so there is waiting time @#$%^&*()

They promise one thing and do not deliver on time nor deliver what I had queried and requested.
The Ruislip branch don't go there ...

Extremely good service. Very professional, friendly and willing to make an extra effort for the customer.

Exposure/presentation of the car, description of pros/cons can be improved.

Bought a socalled 'demo' car, i.e. a slightly used car from stock that had been used by the dealership for demonstration purposes. Nice car, no worries about that. Very satisfied. Also bought a set of winter wheels but discovered that they had been put on the car's alloy hubs already when I picked the car up -and this is august.... Now have to find a set of complete summer wheels and get them changed.* Or wait until next year. Got a good price for my trade-in (including the winter wheels I had for it...) Seller was very nice and my girlfriend and me was in good hands although we were only browsing in the showroom for an alternative to the old Up!
* edit 22/8-19: Had a call from the seller and got a deal on 4 new steel wheels and the summer tyres put on by their service shop for free. Excellent service imho. Have changed my score given to five stars accordingly.
