So far the process has been confusing for me. After my trial I couldn’t figure out how to purchase a plan. After finally getting in contact with customer service, I was able to get the help I needed. I found out I could not purchase on my mobile device, I had to log in on a computer. I have not used the phone service yet to give more details.

Customer Service Challenges and Permission Design Flaws
When someone on my team with Admin privileges tried to go in and set up our payment method it would not work. So the system creates a single-point-of-failure by design. The customer service response was slow and frustrating as we worked hard over five days to add a payment method and avoid any service disruptions. We called the number and it simply told us to submit a ticket which we had done. We just went in circles for 5 days trying to get a payment method added only to learn that ONLY ONE ACCOUNT was allowed to do that, despite them sending notifications to MULTIPLE accounts that we needed to add a payment method. This is a poor design in the permissions model they have implemented and it is not apparent to the customer.

I switched to VoIPstudio because the price and features seemed like a good fit. I will say I'm pleasantly surprised with the features!!! Their platform is substantially better than what I was using before. My only complaint is that they don't offer MMS which is frustrating but everything else is so amazing!

Just upgraded to the paid 2K plan after a month trial. I've used plenty of VOIP sytems and they always cause issues, this seems to be fine.
One standout is the customer service. Any issues or questions i can get hold of someone easily to help. The team are friendly and incredibly helpful.
Look forward to many years of happy use.
