We looked for an affordable HubSpot solution for VoiP and VoiP Studio was very effective for that. Call quality is not completely perfect, but given the price, it's a good deal.
Their 2K Minutes Bundle is a good offer.

So far the process has been confusing…
So far the process has been confusing for me. After my trial I couldn’t figure out how to purchase a plan. After finally getting in contact with customer service, I was able to get the help I needed. I found out I could not purchase on my mobile device, I had to log in on a computer. I have not used the phone service yet to give more details.

Customer Service Challenges and Permission Design Flaws
When someone on my team with Admin privileges tried to go in and set up our payment method it would not work. So the system creates a single-point-of-failure by design. The customer service response was slow and frustrating as we worked hard over five days to add a payment method and avoid any service disruptions. We called the number and it simply told us to submit a ticket which we had done. We just went in circles for 5 days trying to get a payment method added only to learn that ONLY ONE ACCOUNT was allowed to do that, despite them sending notifications to MULTIPLE accounts that we needed to add a payment method. This is a poor design in the permissions model they have implemented and it is not apparent to the customer.

Basically, you were willing to process payment from a mobile web browser but unfortunately, this was not possible back then. Please note our administrative dashboard has many options to fit on a mobile screen. The good news is that we already sorted this and we now have a simplified web dashboard view special for smartphones with basic features like processing payments, review tickets, and more.
We are sorry for not sorting out your issue during the initial call, related delay in ticket feedback seems to us; the ticket was replied to the same day, and we placed a follow-up update every day since the ticket was raised. You may check ticket #516611 history. In our opinion, the issue is the same as the one you faced with payment as you were willing to access from a mobile browser you were fencing issues following the ticket. We do trust now this will be sorted with the mobile dashboard view.

I switched to VoIPstudio because…
I switched to VoIPstudio because the price and features seemed like a good fit. I will say I'm pleasantly surprised with the features!!! Their platform is substantially better than what I was using before. My only complaint is that they don't offer MMS which is frustrating but everything else is so amazing!

Just upgraded to the paid 2K plan after a month trial. I've used plenty of VOIP sytems and they always cause issues, this seems to be fine.
One standout is the customer service. Any issues or questions i can get hold of someone easily to help. The team are friendly and incredibly helpful.
