We ordered our new bath on the net, and about half an hour later we had a gentleman from virtual bathrooms ringing to ask us when we would like to take delivery.
Our bath arrived first delivery the next day.

needed a new bath as the one that was installed from a different supplier had a hairline crack in it so had to be de-installed and thus required a fast deliverery of a new bath. Plumber rrecommended a carronite one and I am very pleased with the solid & modern bathtub. Kevin was very helpful on the phone organising fast delivery and explaining about the Carronite. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.

such a refreshing change, not always that keen on buying online but these guys were brilliant, was seriously annoyed when a couple of the products we ordered and paid for were out of stock at supplier but they called us every day to keep us in the loop and they ended up arriving 2 days before they said . . . 5 star!!! Some of the big boys need to learn from this crowd. Got 2 more bathrooms to do and they will defo be supplying.

Ordered some items, one was not in stock, so the company contacted me to discuss and offer an alternative. This was all carried out with the minimum of fuss and I now have my order on the way.

There were also some taps I was interested in. They did match the price, but unfortunately they were not in stock.

Overall apositive experience and I would certainly use this company again rather than the much larger on line versions.

I was really pleased with the service provided by Virtual bathrooms, they rang me to check my order before fulfilling it to ensure I had ordered what I needed and not clicked the wrong place on the website! My bath and toilet were not delivered on the day agreed as there was a problem with their system but this was not a problem as it was delivered on the following day at a time agreed and this did not cause any problem.

My only comment is that the courier was only allowed to deliver to the door and not carry the bath inside. As I was out at the time, it was left to my husband to carry it inside and as he has major problems with his back, this concerned me greatly. Can I suggest that the company checks whether the receiver can carry the goods into their home and if not arranges with the courier to deliver to a downstairs room as otherwise it might have to be returned to Virtualbathrooms.

Smart website, had some fun on the 3D bathroom designer before settling on the Carron bath I was after. Delivery was quick and customer service was impeccable.

Not use the bath yet.

The young man who took my order was excellent and helpful. Unfortunately the warehouse sent out the wrong size but a phone call with the same young man resolved it quickly and the right one was with me the next day.
Everyone makes mistakes, and I was impressed with how well it was dealt with.
I would recommend them.

Bought a Carronite Bath from them, which I needed as soon as possible due to being let down by another supplier. Initially phoned to confirm stock held - spoke to Kevin. Very helpful, courteous, and explained whole process. Informed me it would be possible to arrange next-day delivery (albeit at slightly higher cost). He also sent me an email with a link to their next-day delivery option on website.
I ordered on-line that evening, and received confirmation of order. Rang them next morning in order to check that next-day delivery had been noted - the lady (didn't catch her name) confirmed this, and stated that she would also contact the processing section to ensure they actioned this.
Being of a rather dubious nature, I rang again around 9.30 the following morning (delivery day). Again spoke to Kevin, and he went out of his way to help. Kevin found out details of actual deivery driver, obtained his details and contacted him, then rang me back and informed me that bath was on it's way and that it would arrive with me between 11 and 2.
Delivery arrived approx 11.30 - was very securely and safely packaged on a small pallet with additional protection of entire pallet being covered with thick plastic sheet.
On unpacking, bath was in excellent condition.
From beginning to end, a very efficient transaction, with staff very friendly, courteous and helpful in all respects.
Based on my experience - Very Strongly Recommended.

I waited in two whole days with delivery promised on each day, but to no avail. The bath panel arrived on the third day while I was out. The staff at Virtualbathrooms were helpful but seemed to have been let down by the carrier (TNT).

I ordered the main part of my bathroom from Kevin in the sales department. He was very helpful and talked me through things and made the whole thing as easy as possible. I found ordering a replacement bathroom not a particularly easy thing do on my own and having someone on the other end of the phone who is easy and helpful makes all the difference. I was kept well informed by email and offered an exact day of delivery which was exceptionally quick.

The sales department were excellent. I dithered a lot about what size bath to order so got two in the end. They listened to my dilemmas and talked me through every time I phoned. They were really helpful and patient. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. When I ordered the items they arrived on the planned day and returns were easy to arrange (I didn't need 2 baths!). Refund was quick. Buy from them. You won't be disappointed. 10/10 and more.

I found my experience with virtual bathrooms perfect. There is always someone (Kevin) on the other end of the phone they are knowledgeable and very helpful and they sell great products.

You would not think replacing a small chrome button for a toilet would be so difficult! But it was ….. but the ever cheerful and reassuring Kevin of Virtual Bathrooms never gave up! He answered the telephone after one of our guests pressed the aforementioned button and claimed it suddenly sprung up and landed into the toilet pan while it was flushing! We own a five star bed and breakfast in southern Snowdonia and all agree our bathrooms here at The Old Rectory on the lake at Tal-y-llyn are rather special – in fact one plumber described our toilets as ‘being too intelligent’! However our loo was not clever enough to tell us the exact part we required but Kevin - who often was at his desk by 6.30am -quickly got on the case and it was third time lucky after two other parts posted to us by the manufacturers were not the right ones. Throughout, via emails and telephone calls, we were kept updated by the team at Virtual Bathrooms as to what was happening and we were all flushed with success after ten days all was working perfectly again! We cannot recommend this firm and this particular employee highly enough especially as the value of the overall purchase was not that great at all. We will certainly use them again and trust you will too!

I found a toilet that was just perfect from virtual bathrooms.com it's a great shape and believe it or not one press of a button and the seat comes off for easy cleaning. Their service was great and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be with a phone call prior to arriving. I'm 100 per cent satisfied!
