Ordered a pair of winterboots on 1.1.2024 and never got them. Emailed them three times, two times they answered back with saying they’ll get back with me but they have not. I payed them and I did not get a refund.

This websita is a fraud. I ordered boots which was not nothing like on the picture,smell terrible and I have returned them. After two months of sending an emails they stopped answering (after they lied the return was processed) and I never got my money back.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with vestaclo.com / vestaminimal.com, and I feel compelled to share it.

I ordered clothes from their website in June 2023 and was deeply disappointed with the poor quality of the items I received.

I followed their return procedure and my return request which the store accepted. I made multiple attempts to return the items, and after a long and frustrating process, they were eventually received by Vestaclo in September 2023.

However, despite their promises and assurances, I have not received a refund for my purchase. My numerous attempts to communicate with them have been met with silence. This lack of response and failure to honor their refund commitment is deeply concerning.

I have contacted consumer protection authorities in the Netherlands for assistance in resolving this issue. Fortunately, I could refund this credit card transaction through my bank.

I hope that by sharing my experience, others can be cautious when dealing with Vestaclo and avoid similar disappointments.

This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Vestaclo's customer service and integrity. Buyer beware and always pay your online purchase with a credit card!

Their insta is fake (fake followers they never reply or allow you to comment in any picture)

The reviews here are 100% to the point. The pictures are stolen! I have emailed them 15 times I never got a reply. They won’t even bother to use any kind of customer service this is a scam waiting for some fools to shop their products, make some money, then close after a while. Stay away

Pictures stolen from other desiginers websites, probably fake return adress (some apartment in suburbs of Napoli), return cannot be delivered.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

The clothes do not look the same in person as they do online. And don't even think about returning your order. They will keep your money even after confirmation that the order has arrived back in Italy where they are headquartered. Clothing material is so cheap you can see through it. Their support team is also unresponsive so you'd be better off throwing your money away before you try doing business with Vestaclo minimal (also known as Vesta Minimal and Vesta Minimal Clo).

The shoes are lovely and comfortable, not to mention stylish. I have a very small foot and usually find it difficult to find shoes to fit, vesta have a variety of styles and colors, I am so happy with my purchase.

It’s more than a month and I haven’t received or heard anything about my package🥴 I feel like they don’t even care if ur package is missing. Pfff I actually regret ordering from them.

I got a pair of boots from Vesta store and I’m very satisfied. They are high-quality and worth the money. The store also offered free shipping at that price so that’s a plus!

Do not trust them. Cheap quality, not even close to the pictures they provided on their website. Wrong sizing, I mean completely wrong! Fake address to make a return. So sad.

I ordered some shoes and they were never delivered. I asked for a re-delivery or a full refund, but I received no reply to either emails or Instagram messages.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am.
Now taking legal actions.

Avoid at all cost. All the 5 star reviews are fake. Fake products from China. Do not buy from this website absolute scammers!!!! They don’t accept refunds so I’ve lost my money.

All the images used have been stolen from various magazine and designers. These are designers such as Prada, Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton. Vesta does not exist!!!!!!!

Terrible service from start to finish.

Save yourself the time.

Follow these instructions for a massive discount.

1. Use google lens on any item on the site.
2. Follow the links to Alibaba or DHgate
3. Purchase the exact same item for 50% of the price.

My experience

1. I was sent a marketing email saying my item was still in cart which I then repurchased. When I told them within hours of making the repurchase they told me I had to wait for the item to be delivered and send back.

2. When the two items arrived I sent one back via DHL and showed pictures of everything. They are now disputing this and I have paid over double for a pair of shoes, plus sent over 50 emails.

Order the same products from Alibaba or DH gate - the product will be the same and you will be covered by much stronger protection from the websites.

poor qualitty, delivery from China, i try to return but they decline return, then give me bad adress. i pay the delivery for return and was expensive. Don't answer at email.
