Truly the worst customer support I've ever seen Gary

The owners are extremely disrespectful and shady. I ordered a plate for my phone to stop radiation. I had an emf reader and tested the product andit did nothing to protect against radiation. I reached out to them and they actually started condescending to me saying that "I dont have time to make sure your equipment works its not working because its not calibrated." Okay so my emf reader works on everything else just not your product? lol okay. Anyway I asked for a refund to which they decided to simply ghost me. So I reached out with a different number and when they found out it was me he said "no" to my refund request even though I was well within their own refund guidelines. I had all the original packaging and the item was in perfect condition. Long story short I had to dispute the charge. These people are scammers.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a good experience.
Communication was difficult I didn’t receive a reply to several of my messages. My package hasn’t arrived yet, and I haven’t received the item or a refund from them.

This is the 3rd pendant I ordered from your company and I am SO happy and impressed with the quality and the beauty of the piece I received.
So thank you for making available these rare pendants and I can't wait for the next arrival of all your collections.

I've ordered several times with several Type II and one Type I necklaces, bracelets and phone EMF mitigation hexagons.

The Shungite is effective. I use it every day on my computer, phone, and wear a type I necklace. The necklace is soothing when worn over the heart. The Type II is effective when attached to a phone, as a necklace, or a bracelet.

Oh my gosh~ this stuff is incredible! My cat and I are extremely over the top for this Shungite. I purchased a very nice chunk for the area for plugs outlet. I also purchased a pet watering dish for my cat, Merlin. I had a different watering dish which had a copper dispenser attached for the water to come out. ( I thought that was rather phenomenal for Merlin. …. Then I purchased Gary’s cat watering dish with Shungite. When set up ~ Merlin went straight to Gary’s Shungite watering dish …… I was greatly delighted to observe this…. at this time I knew I made the correct investment for my cat. Thank you so very much!! ✨

Thrilled to receive the bracelet which I wear constantly. Size is quite generous - and it has come off my wrist a few times, so may consider getting one of the beads taken out. Feel well-covered from EMFs when wearing it. Exemplary customer service and enjoy browsing the web-site. Grateful thanks.
