Excellent service
Excellent service, can get through to someone for support straight away no waiting around and problems dealt with immediately. Staff are very patient and friendly will talk through any problems no matter how trivial and not patronise you as some support services in other sectors can.
Since using the company have noticed the filters and protocols they have in place to prevent malware has been effective as there has been a dramatic reduction in the number of incidences and consequent time or work lost due to these attacks.
Highly recommend the company very professional and easy to work with.
