Watch out when cancelling!

Tried their photo enhancer, which didn't work at all. Made the picture even worse somehow. So I wanted to cancel it.

However, when you hit the "Cancel" button, you actually cancel the cancellation. If you don't notice this (like me), you get to pay them without using their product at all.

What I wanted was a one button procedure to sharpen old family photographs after cropping. Ideal!

Massive win, and for everybody that understands the W shortcut for W which is a short for win, YES! Some errors here and there, but for the convenience of an affordable online image enhance AI service, this is SUCH a good and sufficient service!

Vance did a decent job of restoring an old photo.

Needed a quick one-off upscaling of an old B&W photo. Registered with Google and I was in and out in just a few minutes. No having to go down numerous "gotcha" ad traps. They delivered what they promised!

Pretty impressive technology for upscaling photos. Doesn't quite match the marketing hype--doesn't fill in the details on a snow spray etc. but will make a jagged ski pole line smoother at the higher resolution.

Beware. I purchased a month because advertising indicated VanceAI offers AI assisted de-blurring of images. I tried it once and the preview showed it clearly does not, it only offers edge sharpening perhaps with an AI element, but no hallucinated detail as is needed to fix actual blur. So I asked for a refund as not fit for (my) purpose but was told "No refund, you should have used our free 3 trial images". I was not told about the trial free images when I purchased, so was unaware of it.

So -- product never used, not fit for purpose, no refund. Completely unacceptable.

Simple to use at reasonable price, solid service if you need to improve the quality of the photo whether to upscale them or remove noise.

Uploaded a digital b&w image that had terrible scratches and dust, whites spots and scuffs; a lost image basically... this tool was astounding! A winner, exceeding my hopes let alone expectations. (2 decades of 35mm film experience including rigorous darkroom training and production, an added 2 decades of Photoshop for print prep... I say again, astounding!

Support is great if u talk with them in the proper way. Tools are awesome, lots of resources and helpfull for designers. Thanks!

Easy to follow instructions, free upscales, and good upscales

Is the first AI where you don't need AI to understand how it works. Doesn't suck free credits . Let you try different settings before the download. Very happy!
