I'm pleased with my dresses, but I need to return them. I did not realize that they didn't have zippers.

The delivery time was longer than expected. And the one dress I really wanted ended up out of stock after I waited almost a month for my order to ship. The other dress if the one I really wanted. But the second dress is fine.

The complaint I have is that it took so long for the order to be shipped and the floral dress is too big in the arms and I’ll have to have it taken up bc this is for a upcoming wedding.

The website says easy returns. They will not accept mine....

This online company is not legitimate and should be shut down. They deliver poor quality/damaged clothing which takes nearly a month to receive. It states on their site customer service must approve any returns. They start out by offering 10% return and want you to keep the item. The dog and pony show goes on by them increasing their refund a couple of dollars with each offer but demands consumer pay shipping costs to return to the “warehouse in Dubai”. Absolutely not a USA company as their site states. Complete scam. Quality of clothing is the lowest and is way overpriced. Buyer beware.

The dress is a little more fancy than your average sundress. It fits perfectly. I ordered a large. I am 5‘6“ tall and weigh 175 pounds. The material definitely looks better on than in the package!
Must be patient with the shipping process.

I find their customer service on both ends excellent ...
1/ clothes arrive in timely manner
2/ dealing with customers if there is an issue and promptly addressed
3/ I love their clothes

I love the dress. The fabric looks different from the online pictures. It is a beautiful dress.

I love my outfit! Mailing process was a little slow, so have that in mind when ordering.

I am very pleased with the quality and fit of the clothing. I received many compliments in the dress. My only complaint would be the delivery time. Website indicates fast delivery when in fact it was a four week delivery time. The company did respond to my inquiries on shipment status which I appreciated greatly. I would definitely order again but not if I was on a timeline for needing the items being purchased.

The clothing I ordered was somewhat different than what I expected from the photos. It was a different quality fabric than I expected. I thought the decorations on the fabric were sewn on but it's actually just pictured on the fabric. I am keeping the order because the dresses look nice on me and fit well, but don't think I'll order online again.

They had just the outfit I was looking for. Easy website to check out. Looked the outfit 😍

PRO's - Selection was very good as is quality. Customer Service was good. CON's - shipment was held up for days as 1 item (out of 7) was not available. Instead of shipping what was ready, or contacting me to advise, order just sat. Problem was fixed when Customer Service was contacted - we cancelled the piece and I reordered . It would be great of CS could notify customer when an item is out of stock instead of holding up the entire order.

I was offered $8 for a $79 purchase

How is that allowed

When I needed a different size they sent it out to me without any issues. Great customer service!
