Subscription I did not want

I just was investigating whether I could trace a lost phone and the next thing I knew this company took £23.98 from my account saying that is a subscription!

AWFUL company AWFUL product, but I finally got my refund

Do NOT try to do business with this company! They tell you you have 14 days, but even though their service isn't working for me, they will NOT refund my money. They keep saying that by downloading the program I agreed not to be able to get a refund, that their service not being what it said it would be is not within their refund policy. It is not user friendly. It lists all the text messages that it does show together under the number "unknown" and says all of the messages are outbound. It was really hard to set up in the first place. It doesn't update very frequently. I can't see some of the messages. I'm checking the target phone against what umobix tells me and it misses so much. It's just a terrible and expensive mistake. Oh, and when you're signing up, they force you to take this "extra" support "option" and charge the info you already used for the first purchase without verifying that you want to charge by that method again, and even telling them the second it happened, they still won't refund the money!
Update: First they said they would not refund, but would extend my subscription one month or freeze it. Then they said they would refund 40 percent. After posting this review, they immediately refunded the whole amount and asked me to edit or remove this review.

I signed up for a 97p trial

I signed up for a 97p trial, next day they tried to take £47.99 from my account, when I try to access my account it says my credentials are not recognised .
Obviously a company that are total scammers
If you check all there 4 and 5 star reviews you will see that it's all first time reviews obviously by there own staff

Update despite there reply below they have not contacted me.

Took advantage of me being a women

Scam AVOID

Avoid and if too late, Report. Don’t let them bully you.


This company is completely fraudulent and unprofessional.

They tried to take £23.98 (multiple times!!!) without my consent after I paid £0.97. One rep lied, claiming they couldn’t void the payment or even find it, yet as soon as I got through to someone else, they fixed it immediately.

They pressured me to remove my Trustpilot review, lied repeatedly, and clearly don’t care about their customers.

If you’ve already been scammed, don’t back down — let them know you won’t be bullied, report it to your bank and the FCA, and carry on pursuing it.

I’ve raised this with Trading Standards, and I urge anyone reading this to avoid them at all costs.

I have received the refund for the second time now. will update if anything further happens.
My bank has blocked them so even if they wanted to they couldn’t take the payment for a third time.
