I bought a Samebike from these guys a few days ago and had difficulty turning the bike on as it was a newer version. James was quick to respond to assist and eventually travelled with me to a local bike shop to try and diagnose the issue. At the shop, James noticed that the salesperson had figured out how to turn it on but claimed it was a battery issue and asked for £50. James quickly took us out of the shop and managed to turn the bike on saving me from getting duped. Very reliable service and quick to respond to problems. Will recommend it to all my friends.

I took a chance on a fb market listing as I was searching for an indoor walking treadmill. Truesource reassured me from every possible angle and was a great communicator to make this thing happen. There was a slight cosmetic defect so he took a little off the price and was really great to deal with. Will probably be back for a scooter next paycheck cos the customer service was so good.

I purchased an electric scooter and received brilliant communication from James. Quick to reply to messages and any concerns I had. He updated me at each point of sale, checking the product before sending it to me to check for any defects and letting me know when the courier collected. I very recently purchased an eBike from TrueSourceUK which was advertised with a documented scratch on it, for a discounted price. I was very comfortable with the purchase after I had verified the Seller and had a conversation with him. I was kept informed of each stage of the shipment and it arrived the following day. Unfortunately the bike had sustained further scratches and damage in transit. I relayed this to the Seller who immediately told me to return it for a full refund and to wait until his new stock arrived. On further evaluation and in view of the fact that the bike was new and in perfect working order, I decided to keep it and touch up the scratches and replace the damaged pedal. TrueSourceUK immediately offered to refund any amount that I deemed necessary for the damages. I said that £50 should cover it. I was then very pleasantly surprised to receive a £70 refund which TrueSourceUK said was to compensate for my inconvenience. I have therefore rated my buying experience from TrueSourceUK to be exemplary and a very pleasant and personal experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any future buyer of their products.

The e bike arrived promptly.When assembled there was a problem with the folding mechanism.Truesource did their best to resolve the issue but when that proved impossible arranged collection of the bike and immediately refunded my money.I was very impressed with their integrity.
