I have checked my Client Portal as instructed. The problem is that my wallet balance currently shows 0.00 and there are no funds available for internal transfer. My accounts are also marked as suspended.

Your compliance department previously stated that I was entitled to withdraw the remaining balance after profits were removed. If funds remain available, please specify the exact amount and explain why it is not visible in my account.

I am willing to follow the withdrawal process, but there are currently no visible funds available to transfer or withdraw.

I would appreciate a clear explanation and resolution.

There are two options of platforms

There are two options of platforms: MT4 and MT5.
I’m trading on the lattsder one, there’s a wider range of features available for advanced trading.

Core account

Since I joined this broker a few weeks ago. I just decided to start from a core account. S[]preads aren’t the best tho. At least, they’re fast in order of execution. So far so good.

They offer several payment methods, but the best one is crypto in my opinion because of the speed. It's almost instant every single time. No issues or delays..
