You may never get your purchase in the mail
Hello, honest shoppers. Before I begin, I typed in Topmart reviews, and they were well over a thousand. I thought it odd today that this company, Topmart, has no reviews here. Well, before I came here, of course, I was trying to resolve the issue with this company by talking with them before I lost the interview continuity. I did find out there are hundreds of customers who never got their purchase. I saw the ad on YouTube for a security camera priced high, but it looked worth it for $ 62 after purchase. I see a blank paper with 62 on it, and later I would find out I was charged almost $40 more for tax and insurance. This product is coming from China. They charged me almost 20$ to insure this product, but I couldn't get an acknowledgement of this, just asking for a refund of that if they were not going to send another one. Oh no, it became an email. Did you look at your roof? Your neighbor has it. The post office. Someone took it from your porch. This went on for a long time, and I realized they weren't going to respond positively to this and just blame it on the passing flying crow. I've lived here for 46 years and never had my things left outside stolen. I can't accuse these people, but they do have many complaints about shipping issues that are disturbing. Even unwilling to speak to my request for a refund on the insurance,, which should have the terms of security for me. This part of this incident doesn't make sense either. You pay for insurance, and you can't get reimbursement. I've only written 2 reviews on this site, and the last company begged me to take it down if they refunded me. I would say buyer beware here. I'm out $100, and a company that, as I speak, what does your doorbell camera show? I'm tired of the thievery in this world, and you people that are okay with this lack of ethics are a disgusting low common denominator.
