Krisje and Gui are very supportive and kind professionals. I feel respectful and I have the feeling I am in good hands!!! Thank you Timing🙏🤗
From the first time i reacted to the vacancy, I got reaction the same day to come over, and the next week I was working at the new job through timing🍀 it was great, and very professional.
Wrong times with the payment. The accomodations is a bungalow full of bugs, you have to walk nearly 45 min just to buy things
Bad communication between Timing and the company and also between Timing and I. Unclear instruction about the apps usage such as filling in vacation days, calculating these days and failing to keep commitments.
Avoid Timing if you have other options.
I have worked through different employment agencies in the Netherlands, and Timing has easily been one of the worst experiences.
After your employment ends — whether you leave or are dismissed — they can take 6 to 8 weeks to pay out your outstanding holiday pay. Six to eight weeks to receive money that you have already earned. I have never experienced this with any other employment agency in the Netherlands.
What makes it even more ridiculous is that other agencies are perfectly capable of settling these payments promptly. Apparently, Timing needs up to two months to do the same thing.
Their attitude towards employees also says a lot. While you are working and making money for them, everything is fine. Once you are no longer useful to them, getting what you are owed suddenly seems to become a very slow process.
If you are looking for work in the Netherlands, do yourself a favour and choose another agency. There are plenty of agencies that treat workers with more respect and don't make them wait nearly two months for their own money.
My experience with Timing was enough to make sure I would never work through them again.
I really enjoy working for this company. I feel comfortable and satisfied with my job. We have a great team, and I believe success depends largely on teamwork, mutual understanding, and respect for each other.
I like that employees' efforts are valued here. I'd like to see their good work recognized and rewarded more often—it always motivates them to work even harder and with greater passion.
Overall, I'm doing well: I enjoy my job, I'm successful, and I'm happy to be part of this team. I hope it gets even better!
The experience was very welcoming. All the employees were very friendly.
The onboarding was also very smooth and clear. Payment comes in time.
My experience with Timing has been very positive so far. The whole process was quick and straightforward. After they contacted me about a job opportunity, I was able to bring in my documents, complete the necessary paperwork, and start working almost immediately. Communication has been clear and everything was handled smoothly. I am also very happy with the job they found for me. Thank you, Timing!
A terrible experience. I’ve worked for over six temporary employment agencies in the Netherlands; they don’t care whether your performance is good or bad, and they don’t give you even 24 hours' notice if they decide they no longer need you—they really make you feel like just a number. They confirmed jobs with specific start dates, only to change their minds later... it was a disaster; they made me waste both time and money.
Very bad uitzendbureau not professionele and stupid too
My experience with Timing Uitzendbureau was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise people to avoid working with this agency.
Don't be fooled by the friendly messages and promises they make before you join. My experience was completely different once I started working.
I worked as a professional truck driver and didn't even stay for one month because every week there were missing hours or missing pay on my payslip. I was also charged rent twice, and I still haven't received my money back.
Communication was extremely poor. Whenever I contacted Laura or Chris, I was repeatedly told that the issues would be fixed and that I would receive my money, but in my experience, nothing was resolved. I kept hearing promises, but I never received a satisfactory solution.
I eventually had to seek legal assistance because of my dispute with them. In my opinion, the contracts mainly protect the company, and you can easily end up paying money out of your own pocket.
If you are looking for work through an agency, I recommend choosing a different one. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Timing Uitzendbureau to anyone.
The fact that the salary you see on the timing platform is not the real salary they will pay you when you start working....they put up a salary and end up paying you less and sometimes they forget to send you the payslip or your salary at the appropriate time. Sometimes they also don't pay you the kilometres.
They contact me súper fast, and Everithing for now is good, I’m working in a good place and When I need something there’s always someone to help me.
Im happy that I can work with my friends and everyone in my warehouse are really friendly and they make me feel safe
Contacing the coordinators, or anyone from Timing, is almost impossible. You have to wait multiple days for them to answer a single email and they are not picking up calls. Also, the transport planning they provide is full of mistakes, for example: this week I have a late shift, still in the transport they put me at 6am.
Last week I had interview with a lady online. Her camera was malfunctioned (I mean how do you wanna build trust if you dont even have the proper equipment from the start) and couldnt answer all my question about the job. She told me the company gonna call me in the next 3 days. Well they didnt call. The phone number that provided in the email (last four digit of the phone number +31...3307) cant be reached because the line disconnects on its own after a few seconds. Today I messaged the woman on WhatsApp to ask what was going on and would you believe it—she hasnt even looked at the message yet. Thanks for making me wait and wasting my time. :D
Unprofessional team, impossible to reach them. Said to wait for a call from warehouse in 3 days. After 3 days send email that they closed vacancy. Was waiting for nothing
