​"I am a current Substandard maintenance and unprofessional management"

​"I am a current tenant, and my experience has been very poor. The property maintenance is unprofessional and substandard. As seen in my photos, the kitchen tiling has large gaps and the wall finishes are patchy and unfinished. When I request repairs for these clear issues, management dismisses them as 'unreasonable.' Furthermore, personal items went missing after maintenance visits, and the management refused to take responsibility. The living environment is unstable and neglected."
