Vous avez commandé des Air Force 1 customisées qui sont des prestations artisanales faites par notre artiste et qui peuvent prendre jusqu'à 5 semaines pour être livrées.
Ce qui est précisé sur la fiche produit des Air Force ainsi que dans le mail que vous avez reçu. Cependant, vous êtes anglophone, vous êtes peut-être passée à côté de ce détail...
Et pour la demande d'avis, Trustpilot envoie automatiquement une requête au bout de 30 jours.
