Samsung S26 ultra received

WARNING: Possible Fraud / Scam - No Response After Payment.
I purchased a Samsung S26 Ultra (512GB Violet) with order number 24937 on 14 September 2026 from teclasdavida.pt and completed the payment via bank transfer I sent the proof of payment via email and WhatsApp. However, the store has completely ignored me since then—no confirmation email, no tracking update, and no reply on WhatsApp or calls.
​Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent behavior.
UPDATE:-

Received the phone after 2 weeks. The delay was entirely from the store's side.Once dispatched, delivery was very fast (came in 1 day). They provided a cover and glass guard, but the guard ruined fingerprint sensitivity so I removed it. Happy with the phone, but store service needs improvement.
